“I’m a brand new cat mom, I was worried about sneezing and just in general got her from a shelter wasn’t sure if everything they said was true or not so we went for our first visit. Dakota and Dr. Sam were so great! They were patient and kind. Took the time to answer my questions without making me feel incompetent ? obviously I want my girl Zoey to be healthy and thrive but I am happy to know we have someone to trust and care for her if we need it.POV you just left the vet and you realized your new people love and care about you. After 3 days with us she feels at home.Thank you guys!”

“We have a twelve week old pup and our introductory visit to this veterinary practice was terrific. The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly (we met Gabby), and our vet tech Grace was super skillful, caring and efficient. Dr McCullough got right down on the floor and our pup sat in her lap for the exam, shot etc...what a great experience! She took her time with us and was informative and very kind. “Craig Cox and his staff are beyond awesome! Watching him do an exam on your dog is so reassuring! He feels every inch for lumps bumps etc. He rotates their legs paws etc checking for limitation or pain. Orders age appropriate labs and is not an alarmist but discusses approaches with you. When it was time for us to say goodbye to our 4 th fur baby he was very supportive, accommodating and kind. I love that my dogs always saw the same vet who knew them well.we will Always be grateful to him and the BEST vet assistant ever Maria”
“We love City Cats! We've gone there for a few years now, and the staff has always been kind and helpful. We actually moved to the South Shore but still keep our appointments with City Cats, because they're that good. Dr. Palopoli and the other staff are so caring and I've always found the whole practice transparent in terms of pricing and test options. I've never felt 'taken advantage of' like I have in the past at other practices. Highly recommend :)”

“Dr Hanson and her amazing team cared for my dog for the last 15 years including many tough times. When he was attacked in the woods years ago Dr Hanson saved his life (fixing what an emergency vet did wrong). she treated seizures and did dental surgery and always cared for him with love. She is a very special Vet, your pets will be lucky to have her watching over them. Thank you Dr Hanson !”
“Had a routine checkup for my dog, where he also got some shots. The office and exam rooms were both very clean. The vet and vet tech were so kind and caring of my pup, he was in great hands the whole time. They also provided me with useful information about heartworm and flea/tick medication that I asked for as well. Very good experience, would recommend!”

“My family been using adams for forever and I been bring my animals for 25 years. And I had to recently put one of mine down at the emergency vet on Cabot and never told them about it. And they still went out of their way to send a card and hand wrote a whole big letter about my baby and wishing my family and I their condolences. It was unexpected and the most heart felt thing to happen to me. I can't believe they went that far. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks again for the care you give to my fur babies. ❤️❤️”
“My indoor\outdoor cat was missing since July. Three months later at 2AM we heard her meowing at our door and let her in. I am very appreciative that Lexington-Bedford Veterinary Hospital was able to examine and treat her that same day, and she seems fine! “Today we took buttar to Linwood hospital and the staff and doctor was great. They take care of your fur babies like they own. I was nervous since he had diarrhea want to make sure he will be fine. This place is very reasonable price. I will recommend Linwood hospital buttar is 19 year old.”
“They've been able to get my dogs in for urgent appointments, and we moved our elderly husky there because they were able to get her in same day for an urgent foot issue that ultimately required surgical intervention that they performed. She did fantastic, we were there several times over two weeks for follow ups. Had another urgent issue arise and they were still able to fit in same day.”
“We needed a place to have our guniea pigs nails clipped and found that most places do not see these animals but Shawsheen was able help. They got us in as quickly as possible. When we arrived for our appointment, reception got us in right away. They showed us how to clip the nails. All of the staff was great and there is plenty of parking. We will definitely be using this vet in the future.”

We recently had to put our beloved dog down and were so touched by the care and concern given by River Road, especially by Dr Jessica Flynn. River Road has had changes in staff/ownership over the years, but they always provided our pet with the best services/advice. We appreciate the lovely card sent by the office offering condolences for our loss. When we are ready for our next pet, we will continue to use River Road for pet care.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Bulger today with Dr. Canes in the ER. She was warm, kind, and compassionate and really took the time to make sure my dog was ok.
We also see Dr. Prahl who provides excellent internal medicine care. I appreciate that she coordinates care with our regular vet. I feel like we have the greatest veterinary team. Several years I was so impressed with how her team went out of their way to coordinate an endoscopy with a dental (general medicine) to keep my dog from needing anesthesia during multiple visits.
We also had a great experience with Dr. Casiotis in ophthalmology.
Each veterinarian at this practice is highly qualified and treats pets with the utmost care.”
“Very nice caring people work here , prices seem very high we only have hope that they know what they are doing. Two years ago after a number of tests we were convinced to have done our cat was diagnosed with terminal cancer, thankfully we didn't put her down as she's still a playful and somewhat angry cat. We have never had issues other than that one time as we're a little concerned that every time we bring a pet there they up sale services and tests and sometimes we hesitate going when our pets are having issues because of this, but unfortunately thats the way it goes.”
“Ledgebrook kennel takes amazing care of my dog! He is always so excited and happy to be there. They separate the dogs into groups for play and they all get one on one attention as well. The kennel is well organized and the staff are all incredibly sweet. They have a veterinary clinic on site that we have used many times to help care for injury or ailment for our dog. The staff at the clinic are great as well. They also have a groomer on site.”
