I usually avoid the Wilmington Post Office as often as I can. But I had a return with a prepaid label and figured just get it done. I arrived at 4:42p and there were four people ahead of me including the one at the counter. This woman stated she had multiple transactions, Betty behind the desk told her to hurry it along as they close at 5p. The woman at the counter said I am here and you need to work with me. Next the woman went to ask for a money order before she finished she was told the machine was down. She moved to her next one and had many questions on how sending certified mail worked and what boxes needed to be checked to get the information she needed/wanted. Betty was not pleasant in helping her. It was very awkward to be in line and see this exchange. By 450p I dropped my return off and had my receipt. As I left a man who had been in line before me went to ask her a question and she said "you all set?" He says "almost" she replied "well you better hurry up we close at 5p".When I walked in and saw she was the only one working I wanted to walk out because it is never a pleasant experience with her. Then to witness this exchange between her and an older woman makes me want to follow my gut next time because when I got up there she was still sighing. I get it they close at 5p but people are in there before 5p, therefore they deserve to be serviced with a smile and no attitude.

Wilmington MA Post Office - Most often, not very friendly, a bit abrasive. Too bad it is typical poor government customer service. Hope they receive training and improve.

Cant recall the older woman who works there but she is absurd, rude, and I even caught her yelling at a pregnant woman for a flat shipping box not being taped the way she wanted. Decided to switch to PirateShip in order not to deal with her anymore. Continuously berated me over packing mailers and has so far been the only one to ever make a fuss about it in my 5 years of going to the post office.

I go to the post office multiple times a week to drop off packages and never have any issues. There was a fairly new lady working today, and she has an attitude for no reason and was rude and condescending all over needing a receipt with tracking.

45 minutes to send documents to Canada. I only had one person in front of me! This is absurd. Either more people need to be available or the people available need to be a bit more efficient. The lady at the front frack couldn’t read anything! I had to spell my name, my address, the address where it was going, everything! I showed her my license and still couldn’t figured out my name! Insane!

My place of business is opened on Saturday and every time I’m supposed to get a package that day, they always say “delivery attempted” and underneath says it was unable to gain access to the front door. The business is already opened so they never even try to deliver because had they did, they would’ve been able to deliver my package. Very very upsetting.

Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, it's the week of Christmas and there's one person at the counter who has no regard for the line. There is no urgency to move the line. Many frustrated customers making the line and then leaving after ten minutes.

This post-office is stuck in the 70's for sure. No places to print labels or send mail without talking to a USPS employee, the building is also locked down completely when closed, so you can't even access mail drop-off, PO boxes, or grab a few boxes to use for packaging. I definitely support USPS as an organization but this specific one is pretty bad.

I just checked tracking they didn't deliver stated couldn't reach house driveway inaccessible...drive is 400 ft long car and a half wide .you could put 20 or thirty trucks in..and if you didn't want to enter you could have left my package in that little box at the edge of the street (it's called a mailbox with house number and name) ...usual ditching of the mail

This place is absolutely the worst!!! I pay for a P.O. Box here and it is suppose to be accessible till 5:30pm Monday -Friday. This is the third time I went to get my mail there after work and the doors were locked at 5:25pm. I literally rush there from work with still 5 minutes to spare and I'm locked out.. Today I got there at 5:26pm and AGAIN the door is locked. I see someone inside so I decide to knock on the door. I see her walking away so I knock louder. She finally comes and let's me in but has an attitude about it. She tells me never knock on her door like that! Like wtf??? Who says that?.. So I tell her there is no reason why she needs to lock the door before closing time and I'm rushing here from work. Instead of being understanding, instead she proceeds to get into a shouting match with me outside. So unprofessional and rude, she needs to be fired. I will be calling during business hours to report her for this and to let them know their employees are closing up before 5:30pm. I hate this place so much and once my 6 months are up, I will be transferring my P.O. Box to another location.

Like going to the RMV. Unless you are just mailing a letter, you are supposed to know what forms you need filled out, and to have them done properly
