I guess when you pay 100 dollars for a package to be overnighted and it doesn't come until 5 days later that's good service. And then the process to complain/file a claim was created my Satan himself. UPS is garbage

The person at the store was truly rude, said my label was “ridiculous” then instead of working with me for a solution he kept taking new customers and then eventually had an argument with another customer. Management appears to be ok with this behavior since the reviews are defending him. I have no idea what happened to my package after as he scanned something handed me a receipt and said NOTHING. This man should not be left to work in a store alone as he is not familiar with how to troubleshoot or explain to customers how they can actually get their packages shipped without getting extremely angry and rude.

Need to drop off my amazon return after work. The official closure time is 6:30pm and arrived at 6:25pm. Warmly welcomed by the staff, Sergio, and my return completed smoothly. Glad I don't have to bring the goods back home. Nothing complain. Recommended.

I LOVE THE WORKERS AT UPS STORE IN WILMINGTON. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL.. I AM ONLY IN THERE AT MOST FOR 5 MINUTES FOR MY SHIPMENTS AND I LEAVE WITH MY RECEIPT...ENOUGH SAID!!

Dropped a 35lb box off with important items belonging to my child to ship home from college. I printed my own ups label through my employer and handed it to them to ship. Ups came while we were there and I was told it was being loaded instantly and I was handed a receipt to show proof of package drop off and receipt. Fast forward a week, the package never arrives. When I try to track it from their receipt I learn they gave me another tracking receipt for a 5lb package delivering to the other side of the country. Thankfully I had the real tracking info since I created my own label and it shows it was never received at the store, despite my creating it there in front of them, printing it there, and even using their return address for accurate pricing since I am not local. Where is my package?? This store needs to make it right and turn over the package or replace all of the items within - this is theft.

I had a a truly HORRIFIC experience here! The service was POOR and the staff was RUDE. Oddly enough their store hours are not posted clearly on the door, therefore you don’t really know when they open and close, it seems discretionary. The staff member who waited on me did not speak “ANY” English which made communication very difficult, if not impossible. I asked a question and he just ignored me. Then an older man interjected and translated for him in Spanish but he barked out orders to the kid and just would not listen to what I needed and was just NASTY and dismissive towards me. I became agitated and decided to take my package to another UPS STORE in the next town. I won’t patronize this location again.
