As of lately, the staff has their "morning meeting" around the changing rooms. So when you're browsing throughout the store or close by, or even trying to try some clothes on you can hear their discussions- some of it is drama. I think a manager was saying something about people having her number and contacting her and they shouldn't have her number to begin with, in a condescending tone. Not a good look, and very unprofessional. Also, when you go to check out I was badgered to get a TJX reward card, in which I declined 7 times. (I counted) and the cashier appeared to be very judgy when I declined.. each time. I know everywhere is short staff but some times the lines are so long and there's only 2 cashiers at the front. They try their best.

If the staff would stop badgering customers over and over and over again about getting their TJX rewards (high interest) credit card, it would be a much more pleasant place to shop. When a customer says ‘no, I am not interested’, that should be the end of the conversation. The staff is relentless and will keep asking. I understand they are required to do this in order to receive commissions, but it is a real turn off and makes one not want to shop there.

Went in there tonight and there were about 40 people in line. With 1 cashier, an elderly woman. All while there were 4 other people behind the counter. 3 working with one lady returning everything in site. It got so bad I left my stuff there and walked out. I have a lot of patience, but that was ridiculous.
