Excellent place to have your clock repaired. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Repaired our Chelsea clock at a fair price. Glad we found them and strongly recommend them.

Master craftsmen and artisans who do outstanding and meticulous work. I brought in a nonfunctioning 1930's German box clock and got it back clean, shiny, worm-free, beautiful sounding, fully functional and accurate and at a very reasonable price. Although they classify this job as a repair or an adjustment, I would call this a restoration of a timepiece of sentimental value to my wife and I. Thank you Clockfolk for your integrity, superb work ethic, and dedication to this unique trade and artistry.

I wish I could give The Clockfolk six stars! I had an amazing experience with Jim who was incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgable. He got my grandfather's clock in excellent working order and was thorough, informative, and a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend The Clockfolk more highly! I wish I had a dozen more clocks for them to fix!!

I called them on the phone and the told me they thought they could help me with my broken clock glass. I entered the building and went up the stairs. When I opened the door I was met by the two brothers. They are consummate professionals. They looked at my clock and told me the costI left it with them. They left it running to make sure their was nothing else to worry about. I lookwd around and I am very impressed with the clocks I saw. My clock should be ready this week. Terrific shop and great people...

Strongly recommend the Clockfolk if you have a clock in need of service or repair! I brought in an antique Seth Thomas mantle clock (beehive shaped) that I purchased at a local antique store. The suspension spring needed replacing and I wanted a professional to take a peek "under the hood". These guys know what they're talking about, are transparent with their recommendations, and they do outstanding work. Very happy with their service!

Dave and James were incredibly helpful and professional. They helped me get a VERY old clock up and running to keeping perfect time, including remote telephone support for functionality and performance tuning. They truly know their stuff, including working with quite antique mechanisms. They were patient gentlemen, more than fair - in fact quite generous with their experience and expertise, artistry and passion for clocks. If you need "old school" quality craftsmen / artisan level attention to a clock related issue, look no further. Thanks SO MUCH again, Dave and James!

I took several of my mothers clocks for evaluation and repair. Mr. J.H. Roberts is professional and forthright. He told me what he could repair and what he couldn't repair. I felt like I was in very capable company talking with Mr. Roberts.

Excellent service and reasonable rates! I brought my steeple clock here for repair and David was able to fix what turned out to be a minor problem on the spot. It's not often you find a business so dedicated to customer service. I highly recommend Clockfolk!

We have a 12 year grandfather clock that was a gift and is near and dear to our hearts. When it stopping running we turned to James at Clockfolk of New England. He came to the house, was professional, informative, kind and best of all a genius - who got the clock working again. Clock repair is an art and James is an artist. Our thanks!
