The mover we had was a gentlemen by the name of Damion. He is very professional, extremely helpful. From our standpoint, he did everything within his power to have the loss delivered and picked up on time. That man deserves a raise.

Avoid!
I had a delivery scheduled in June 20th, pods told me the pod will be delivered in the morning, canceled, rescheduled to 5-8pm , and at6pm, driver told me because someone somehow didn’t put the pod on truck they weren’t able to deliver it. I had to pay extra for storage and pay extra for movers bc of cancellation. When I called pods customer service, they opened a case, which then was defied bc saying that the pods was not scheduled. They Bascially won’t do anything for my financial loss due to their unprofessionalism, and Everytime I asked to talk to someone if I can talk to someone else, they throw me back to the lowest level customer service to block me. No one can help me. I suspected better customer service from pods

AVOID AT ALL COST!
Our family faced significant damages due to the way this office operates. We ordered two containers for a cross-country relocation, and neither was delivered on time. In fact, the second container was never delivered at all.
For the first container, I spent over $1,000 on a flight to arrive and meet it, but the truck arrived a few hours earlier and dropped it at a random location. The second container never arrived. I filed three service requests to find out its status but was repeatedly told that the container was in transit.
Two days later, we had a doctor’s appointment at Boston Children’s Hospital for our newborn. My wife arrived with the baby, expecting the container with essential baby gear to be delivered. Instead, I discovered that the container was actually sitting in a warehouse and was not scheduled for delivery for another five days!
I filed at least three emergency service requests, urgently requesting delivery before the doctor’s appointment, but all my requests were rejected. This forced me to spend an additional $1,600 on baby gear, and my request for reimbursement was also denied. The status of the second container remains unclear.
Today, I requested executive-level involvement to investigate why the office provided false information about the container's location and failed to deliver the necessary equipment for our family.
AVOID PODS AT ALL COSTS! Save your mental health and money!

Happy with website and communication by drivers for drop-off and pick-up. Pricing changed and associate could not explain why. This was extremely frustrating and the last thing I needed to deal with. The move was cross country and this made the process more stressful than expected. I used PODS' recommendation for a company to pack up the PODS. When they arrived the group was full of young adults, all of which except for one knew what he was doing. I'm all for providing opportunities for young adults but for a move of this size I would have liked at least one more person to help fill 3 16' containers.

Sales team sold me on a 12’ x 7’ pod and when I showed up to the facility I saw Ace much smaller pod. I had to contact customer service and find a resolution through them which was very stressful on my moving day.

We needed a temporary space for stuff while our house was renovated. Everyone was friendly, flexible, and went the extra mile to deliver and pick up the pod. The driver, Dawlon, did a great job getting the pod out from a tricky area
