Big Mistake. Customer service is Terrible. Mobile App and Website is Terrible. Employees are not good. Employees in call center are RUDE , how often do you have a bank hang up on you. Without saying goodbye or thank you ? Run Away!!

Dishonest, do not trust them. I was outside a bank, trying to make a deposit into the ATM so 4 payments didn't bounce, and the ATM wasn't working and it was after hours. I called the call center, spent over an hour on the phone, and was told that because I was at the bank, I was trying to make a deposit and I called trying to find a way to make it, that they'd waive the overdraft fees that were likely to hit. They told me to call them as soon as the fees hit. I called after the overdraft fees and the person on the phone refused to honor what I was told, that the overdraft fees would be waived. I then was transferred to a manager who, after another discussion, also refused to honor what I was told by the cash center and only waived 1 of the 4 fees. I spent over 2 hours on the phone for almost nothing and People's couldn't even honor the fee removal that I their own call center told me I would get when I called the first time just a couple days earlier.
