3/4 of the time when I go to take money out of the ATM machine (Wilmington or Billerica) the ATM is out of service or eats my card. I have paid numerous ATM fees from using other bank ATMs over the past few months that unfortunately I do not get reimbursed. I will be calling the bank on Monday to close my account and move to Metro Credit Union, at least with metro your fees are always reimbursed no matter what bank you use. I also recently paid off a personal loan I had with Lowell Five and because I did not call and tell them I was “closing” the loan out they billed me additional interest charge even though I paid the loan off in full .

Slow The location of the ATM machine is completely ridiculous seeing as how it's the only one and you have to wait in line of cars just to get to the ATM machine

Thank You To Lowell 5 for Not implementing overage fees during pandemic and Mail In Voting . Lowell 5 was Great to work with and Im very happy to be a Lowell 5 customer.THANKs AGAIN LOWELL 5!!!!!!!!

I stopped by here this morning to withdraw $400 from the Lowell Five ATM where I was charged a $3 fee, I went in to the Teller to see if they could change the $400 into 50s and 100s for me to use in Christmas cards. I was told 'No' that I needed to be a customer. I explained to the Teller that I technically was a customer because you just charged me to withdraw money from your ATM. She said "No, you need have an account here. REALLY! You can charge me money to withdraw money from your ATM but you won't change 20s for 50s and 100s! I then explained to her that this is exactly why I DON'T have an account here. I left and went to a real bank (Citizens) where they happily exchanged the money for me. Great customer service and Christmas spirit there Lowell Five. I will never step foot in one your banks again,

Nice clean bank. Friendly staff. I've never had to wait in line because they are always properly staffed. I've never needed management but the branch manager is available and pleasant. Nicely done.
