Hot day, in & out, 20min, my car was cleaned inside and out. The team did a fantastic job at the cleaning tunnel, express interior cleaning bay, all working super hard. Will come back!

I took my car to a mechanic to fix my brakes, but after the service, my brakes were making a noise. I then took it to this car center for them to CHECK what the noise was. They told me the brake pads were installed incorrectly and had been ground down due to the previous poor service, and they charged me $390 just to tell me this without fixing anything. After that, I found it very strange and returned to the place where I had the brakes fixed the first time and told them what the owner of this place had said. When they removed the wheel to see what was wrong, it was just a loose metal pin. It took them 30 minutes to fix what he didn't do in the 4 hours the car was here.
P.S. He charged me $390 to do absolutely nothing. Even put the pin in the right place while to change pads in my new mecanic is $250.
If you have free money to this, go ahead.
I used to refuel all the company cars I work for here. I'll never come back, not even for free gas.

I have had 2 cars on subscription at Triton in Wilmington for multiple years. The white haired guy who usually works the tunnel is wonderful. Today I asked the son of the owner if I could have an extra free cart wash token for my other car because it is easier to vacuum the car before you wash it with the traffic issues on Rt 38. The owner's son said no! I asked after the thousands of $ I have spent at Triton over the years I never thought this would be an issue. I guess they are making too, much money to even supply a reason for customer's contracted token that is free in advance. I've never asked for anything or ever received a thank you, etc. I drove into 3 car washes in the area. All 3 will let me have the free vcuum anytime! I will cancel my subscriptions for both cars. Customer Service is usually pretty important, but I guess not at Triton Car Wash.

Touchless wash was a complete rip off this morning. I paid $16 for the mid grade wash, I got a pre-rinse with a little soap, a full rinse, and then a spot free rinse. I’m going to Tidal Wave on 38 only from now on.

I usually go to the one in Salem but realized there was one closer to me in Wilmington. From the moment I pulled in I had a positive experience. From John’s amazing personality to the smiling employees in the lot. Definitely recommend this car wash, will return more frequently

They do a good job on exterior. I’ve done the $50 interior and exterior detail but interior they miss a lot. Windshield was spotty. dash had spots missed. They forgot between the steering column. Also not included in the price is if you want to clean your trunk. That’s extra.

I used their “touchless” car was oh it was touchless alright so much to the point when i drove my vehicle out and went to dry it all the dirt was still on the side of my car! My rag was just cleaning the dirt off the side of the car! So i go back in to do it manually. Credit card reader doesnt read either of my 3 cards (strips are perfect bc i use apple pay) finally reads my card and i re wash my car clean it all up and as my time is running down i try adding more time to finish getting all the soap off my car… NOPE didnt work yet again so had to deposit another $6 to start the water again. In total almost $40 to wash my car because the touchless was infeed touchless. NEVER again!!!

I came today on 9/26/23 to get the express detail. They took me right away! It was $50 for the car wash & detail. I had knee surgery recently, so my SUV definitely needed a pick me up. I’m very satisfied with their work! It was very quick too, maybe 25-30 minutes? Not long at all! My car looks fantastic. Highly recommend!

Typhoon Touchless Car Wash Review: This is only about the touchless wash. Next time anyone would be better off waiting for a rainstorm and letting that wash your car/truck. This was horrible. I even chose the Platinum Wash for $20 and it did literally nothing. My windows did not even get cleaned properly.
