I needed someone to pack up my wedding dress for travel - I called 4 places in Wilmington and they all quickly declined. I phoned K&M after going down a list of Google searches and I’m so happy I did! Mike and Jimmy were so kind! Pleasant, enthusiastic and helpful. They gave me plenty of options with what to do with the dress and packed it beautifully. I’m going back in August to get it steamed for my wedding and suggesting all my family members to do the same for their attire. I never leave reviews but this place was a hidden gem!!!! Thanks again guys!

This is one of my favorite cleaners. The man who is always at the counter is very friendly. They not only do a great job but their turn around is pretty quick. I brought my heavy winter coat there (after a toddler vs. mud incident) and he said it was too cold out for me to be without it for long, so he had it ready for me the same day.

Dropped son's tux off to be cleaned and they took the button covers off his shirt to clean and never gave them back. Employee there recalls seeing them and stated owner had them but yet he has never returned any calls or compensation for them. If I can not trust you I can not do business with you. lousy customer service.
