The drivers do not deliver the packages, they park in front of the house and continue on their way, then they send a note saying that no one was home... I have them recorded on a security camera

Dealing with FedEx as a shipping company on a regular basis has been the most frustrating experience of my life.... Packages are routinely lost or mislabeled or misdelivered and the instructions provided by the website never align with the local offices... Their system is broken.

Tried to call. website tries to install an app. the phone number tries to get me to use the website that doesn't have the answer and takes me to the same phone number. Tries to text me a link to the website, hangs up if you don't give a phone number or zip code saying go back to the website.
Absolutely infuriatingly terrible customer support.

Every single time something gets shipped by FedEx to me my package gets returned to the shipper. I sit at home near the door even sign up for delivery notifications. No one knocks on the door. No one leaves a door tag. They won't stop the return process despite the incompetent drivers and the fact that delivery was never attempted. When I call customer service they say they will attempt again then next thing I know my package is being sent back and its never attempted again. Save your breath and pick a different company to ship with.

Everytime a package of mine touches this facility its delayed everytime! Doesn't matter the shipper or vendor.But then to contact fed ex customer service and get no answers on why my package hasn't left the facility is incredible absolutely no customer service training barely able to communicate properly and railroaded with what sounds like the same repetitive safety lines that they are told to say to customers who are looking for answers!

Came here to ship something using a corporate account. The discount wasn't being applied and instead of trying to find a solution the lady just stood there shaking her head up and down looking at me like I was crazy. In the end, the solution was to drive 20 minutes to another shipping site where I was in and out in 5 minutes. Save yourself the time and humiliation and just go to another ship center.
