Repeatedly screwing up delivery. Calling Customer Service gets a person in India. No way to directly speak to anyone in Wilmington to explain the problem. Three alleged delivery attempts yet no door tag left. Last attempt was on a Sunday when the app claimed it would happen on Monday. Still no door tag left.

Frustration reigns. In less than a week, I have received 3 (plus 1 repeat) changes to a delivery date and time. An adult needs to be present for this. Each change has required me to change my schedule. Today, I was notified that my delivery would be here between 10am and 2 pm. Also the first time I did not receive a notification about the change. Once again, I changed my schedule. At 2:30, on a Saturday of a long week-end, I contacted fedex and the robot told me to expect my delivery anytime until end of day (what does that even mean?) Humans were not available to assist. Well, I can't wait any longer, they've pretty much ruined this beautiful sunny day.

I’ve waited at home all day for two days in a row for a package that required signature, and both times have resulted in a “failed attempt” at delivery. Nobody drove by my house, knocked on the door, rang the doorbell, or left a slip. Corporate FedEx on the second day told me they’d do a same-day attempt (with a phone call if they couldn’t find the address), so I waited around all evening as well - lo and behold, nothing again. Hoping that third time is the charm tomorrow. The drivers out of this facility are awful - avoid FedEx ground if you can if you live in the area!

Driver covering Lynn 01902 is shady. 2nd week in a row he has pulled infront of the house and not made delivery. No signature required. This time I waited at the door only for him to tell me he don’t have the delivery, another driver has it. Me being a former Parcel delivery driver myself knows a company don’t usually put 2 drivers in the same area especially on the same street / zip codes. So I tracked the package all day for it to continue to say it’s out for delivery then at days end it returned to Wilimington?? So now today 12-29 the same thing except this time he did not even bother to drive down the street and he claimed not home. Super shady and I’m going to be filing a complaint as far up to the top as it goes!

No wonder fedex ceo is saying business is slowing down. If you have horrible service his statement shouldn’t be a surprise. Waited home for two days because I needed the sign for the package and they said they tried to deliver it but nobody was home but my ring came shows no attempt by fed ex . I will not purchase any good from a retailer that uses fed ex to deliver I’ll just buy from the store or another retailer.

Had a signature required package, today at 10:17 AM there is now a Delivery exception stating Customer not available or business closed. truck from WILMINGTON, MA. Im in a 3 story townhome. Driver tagged my door and drove off. NO KNOCK. Even if he did, I wouldn't have even made it downstairs before he was already in the truck. I literally watched him from my second story window as I was making my way down, LEAVING. No knock, not even a minute was given to see if someone was home. I called and it was like, ok, you can get it tomorrow. I had to tell the agent to please write this as a grievance, I'm still not sure they did. The driver should be held accountable.

Getting a delivery from Wayfair that does not require a signature yet driver marked my package as “customer not available “. Why? Can’t even get through to talk to anyone about this lack of service. My address in the system is correct so that is not the issue. The issue is lack of customer service and driver incompetence.

They claim to have delivered my item. But I was home at the time and the motion detectors in my driveway was on with 9 cameras aimed into my driveway... NO FED EX TRUCKS CAME TO MY HOUSE. NO FED EX TRUCK EVEN DROVE BY MY HOUSE ALL DAY. SO WHERE IS MY PACKAGE ????
