Hypocrite leadership. They rather say youre working unsafely or unwise than realizing that youre handling alot of load for yourself especially when loading with no help. Look for more to criticize than help you or make the work better or be supported when needed. Demoralizing styles.

Lied about attempted delivery (home all day, no door tag, not even sig req). Lied about sending driver back to deliver that day. Driver is either lazy or lying or both. Seems like a common theme out of this center.

For holding package at their facility for numerous weeks without any reason as to why or communication/real people answering any phones. We can't all use covid anymore as an excuse for delaying everything. Because this has happened multiple times now

A well organized facility and executed for its employees which benefits the public. Having been in another one, this one is leaps and bounds over the first one. This should be a model for all facilities of this type. The people are friendly, kind and very helpful. It's located right next to Target and it's close to 93. It has lots of parking and it is a benefit to the community

They consistently pull into our driveway and leave packages at the end of the walkway by the driveway making no effort to put them on the porch by the door. I worked as a shipper for an international company for almost 20 years and Fedex was my go to company. Now if this app would let me I'd give them 0 stars

This is the worst fedex in Massachusetts to work at. I had a 7 mile walk home from work and all my coworkers and my bosses were so greedy with giving ride’s the first day one of my coworkers beat me out of 40 dollars for gas and left me walking home and none of my bosses or other coworkers wanted to accept my money And give me a ride. All of the managers for this branch would call every one when they got off the clock to complain. I don’t know about you guys but if I’m off the clock I’m off. Don’t call me. The manager’s don’t do a thing all day. Just screaming at employees to work harder. Don’t fall into my old shoes. It was a terrible branch to work at. I’m sure it still is.
