For phone customer service, I am supposed to get a package shipped by them every Friday with employee payroll in it. For some reason they didn't ship promptly (as confirmed by the payroll company) and now it won't arrive until Monday. But the kicker is the automated service won't even let me connect to a live person to figure out if I can even pickup myself over the weekend. Needless to say I have some very upset employees!

This is for the US customer service. Spent 1 1/2 hour on the phone being always transferred back by the customer service to the technical support (which had nothing to do with my problem). Cut me off, and kept transferring me to the wrong place. Had trouble understanding their different strong accents. They also had difficulty understanding and listening in English. At the end, had to ask to talk to a manager, who finally fixed my problem. Impossible to speak to someone competent at customer service (spoke to 4 different ones and had the same problem and very poor service).Also, was supposed to have a survey after the manager call. Never got the survey. Such a complicated system and poor service.

This review is for the customer service (800-×××-××39) and who handles it. Fedex has to update or modify their phone system to have a more direct approach to a customer service representative. I couldn't get the help I needed on multiple attempts. Eventually, I had to go through Walmart customer service to contact Fedex for me to get information changed before a delivery. A customer should not have to go through all that to get help! The Bots would not connect me no matter how many times I asked for customer service. No happy and disappointed!

It saddens me that a company this large does not have an email that customers could write to regarding their issues. I have called several times to ask for an email as the representatives on the phone were not able to help or accidently disconnected the line and never called me back after hours on the phone. How could someone file a complaint against a person in the claims department when they have no supervisor to transfer you too? This is a perfect way to cover up complaints. I will be writing a letter to the Corporate Office but this is just such an inconvenience and disappointment.

My delivery was delayed (suuuuper delayed) and they didn’t really help… and when it arrived most of the boxes were damaged. Lots of my stuff is broken, and as it was an international shipment I can’t even file a claim online.They have treated everything as if it was rubbish even though the boxes had a huge ‘FRAGILE’ on them. The computer box and the screen box, they were full of holes, scraps… I’m just going to try to never use FedEx again.

I received an email stating that my ordered was delivered yesterday at 1:30. I called customer service, due to my order WAS NOT ON FRONT OR BACK OF MY UNIT. WHEN THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE CHECK, INDEED IT WAS DELIVERED BUT TO THE WRONG UNIT. INSTEAD OF E it was delivered to unit A. REPRESENTATIVE/wanted me to go search for my package!!!!! I told her no, u need to send a message to the driver and find my 89.99 package that I paid for. Im still waiting. ????????♀️

Never on time the past several months. Tracking shows delivery date and it never shows up. What’s the point of tracking a package if it’s not anywhere near accurate. Use another courier!

Only a shipping center so they can't print return labels. But the woman helping me went out of her way to find a way to get it done. Not where you should go if you need customer service

Said they tried to make a delivery. FALSE. We have been home all day. I would give them a negative score if I could. Signed up for text updates. Received none. Poor service.

My orders from Chewy always come next day. When my order hadn't arrived in 4 days, I looked up my tracking number to discover the package had been sent from Phoenix (I live in AZ) to Chicago, causing a 10 day delay in delivery. What kind of yahoo in PHX sent it to Chicago? When I actually got to talk to a human (which took an act of congress) I got someone in a foreign country who I couldn't understand what she was saying. UGH

Been telling their customer service the driver is not reading the signs on our our doors to deliver to side of building. I was also told twice that the distribution site would call me 2 times I have not received a phone call very lazy unprofessional. I get better service from UPS and the USPS.

For 20 years FedEx routinely dropped my packages at the wrong address. Customer service is never any help. This is never a problem with UPS, USPS or Amazon delivery.
