I have 5 bank accounts with eastern bank, I tried to open a savings for my son as I already have one for my oldest & they refused to because I only had his social security card & not his birth certificate, but I just went to another branch & they said I only need a social not both. They need to get on the same page ..

Great bank no crazy fees friendly staff especially Chelmsford mass location.. all are good though and free checking
