This is my favorite place to buy stuffs for my store. Today Vivian,the manager told me that I can go online now to order everything from the store. This saves me a lot of time. Very nice and professional. Thank you.

The cashier “Lorraine” wasn’t the nicest person, and made a funny comment about my supervisor choose of clothes.We should be able to go into dollar tree wearing whatever we desire without getting a hate comment from an employee.Hope this behavior gets corrected.

Saturday afternoon after a snow storm.. roads totally cleared... 5:50pm .... lights all on ..dorrs locked... and nobodyanswering there phones... see nobody in the store... waited 15min... incase of emergency or whatnot... nothing!...Shame with a brand new Dollar General open less than a quarter mile away!!

They appear to desperately need held.Lots of unopened boxes on the floor and shelves are pretty empty. Bless the few employees there doing a good job holding it down.

Pretty nice customer service. I asked for gloves and the young lady took me right to where it was.I gave 4 stars only because there are multiple empty shelves of products that I was looking for. Maybe the store doesn't have enough employees to stock the shelves.?♂️

This store is a disaster! Boxes of stock unopened in aisles for weeks at a time and not put away (I went back multiple days to see the same boxes unopened) then was told there is not enough staff. Don’t bother going here, the North Reading store has it together! Go there!!! Great friendly staff, helpful, and FULLY STOCKED SHELVES!
