I wish YELP would set up a system so that I was able to pay real money out of pocket to send NEGATIVE stars to a bizzness I would. Something reasonable like $1 per negative star. They could make the negative stars a whole different color(I suggest BLACK!) and everything. Keep the "regular" stars orange if they'd like. If this option was made available I would promptly and happily enter my debit # and purchase 100 black negative stars and I would use them on the automated phonecall system that CVS has implemented. What business in the history of business has it set up to drag you on a rollercoaster that CAUSES high blood pressure in order to speak to.....NOBODY! It should just be an option at the start! "If you're looking to speak to the pharmacy you may hang up now to prevent you from wanting to put your head thru the nearest wall! I've never seen anything like this. Let's wake up people.....pharmacies were NEVER even CLOSE to being this busy even 10yrs ago! They're so busy that they can't even answer the phone! Or hire more pharmacists! God k is you're saving millions making us check out our own shit on the way out now! Every single time I put something in my bag that "mistaking" didn't beep I feel fabulous! I always make sure it's the most expensive things in my cart too because they are making US the register workers. No more jobs up front, and 5 kids behind the pharmacy counter trying to help a hoard of customers rushing the counter like it's 1986 and they're giving away Cabbage Patch Kids!!! The poor workers are overworked/overwhelmed/and overextended! CVS couldn't suck anymore if they tried. And they're such money hungry cheapskates that you KNOW nobody is watching the video cameras so join in with the other 2.1 million members of my club and start cracking them at the self checkout! They deserve it. Nobody's watching-trust me. And they deserve it. And PLEASE Mr. YELP...start the black-negative star program, $1 a star and you will soon be richer than CVS. The only thing I still DO enjoy about the place is that CVS smell when 'ya 1st trot in there. Isn't it great? Whether you're 5-35-or 85 it's just great. Brings back fond memories of no lines at the pharmacy, ppl actually checking you out, everyone paying with cash, nobody had any emotional support dogs(they were tied up out front where they belong) and fond memories of Mothers' openly beating their children in the aisles for acting up. I remember. I was there, I took many a beating and it was great!!! In fact...it's probably why I need the damn pharmacy nowadays! But I deserved it! Bottom line. CVS is horrendous.

Jeff in the Minute Clinic is a total sweetheart and I wish all medical professionals were like him. I went there this morning for a scheduled cholesterol test and he was friendly, personable, easy to talk to, and very thorough with the results and recommendations. He's a gem! Very happy with my visit.

I purchased 3 $100 Visa gift cards on December 20th for Christmas gifts, and when the recipients went to use them they did not work. The card had the last 2 digits scratched off the front, and the magnetic strips were scratched up and tampered with, rendering them totally unusable. All packaging looked totally fine otherwise. You would never know that they had been opened.I Have all receipts and cards, and tried to return them to CVS, and they told me they cannot do anything about it and to call corporate. Called corporate, they gave me a claim number and told me to call back in 3-10 business days.I have called back 7 times, since January 5th, on hold for over 1 hour each time, to now find out (on January 30th) that there is nothing they can do and I need to call Visa. Called Visa and they said there is nothing they can do.... go call CVS.So now I am out hundreds of dollars, and gave people unusable Christmas gifts. Great.NOTE TO GIFT CARD SCAMMERS/CRIMINALS: You can tamper with and steal gift cards from this CVS store with literally no consequences at all... go nuts!

THIS 5 STAR RATING IS FOR THE MINUTE CLINIC!! Today I went to the minute clinic for a yearly wellness physical and flu shot. The nurse was professional, gentle with the flu shot, and personable. Would 100% go to the minute clinic again!

CVS has no protection for you or your CHILD if anyone has your Childs name and birthdate, the person can nit only pick up the prescription but they can change your Childs address in the system. Front store staff has no way of assisting in complaints. The biggest complaint is I asked after the pharmacy lady SarahMckehnie about my Childs address she said well this isn't her store, it looks like the other prescriptions have been being picked up in "town, MA." so then I told her that its not right to have little to no protection for Minors, I asked if anything had been recently or semi recently picked up or otherwise in the town listed and then she said she can't see that because it's not this store. She had just said where the other pick ups had been and then refused to look further because it's not "her store." Corporate Customer service extension hung up on me saying it was an invalid extension. Get your stuff together CVS, if you sell kids headbands for $14.99 then you can spring for a better phone system, computer system, employees, more than 1 person no managers? Just disgusting. filing a complaint with Better Business or something, this place is ridiculous & would boycott it at all costs. They don't protect or care about children.

I am a Dasher, I go almost every night to this CVS to buy product to our costumers. Always is a two young ladies they are so nice, tonight I went to shop once again, it was another lady there I never Saw before, she said she is a manager, when I asked for information about some products that was probably out stuck, she was so rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, racist, to me and another Dasher who also asked for information. As a Dasher, I represent the costumer and don't deserve to be treated like that.

I have mixed emotions about the CVS in Wilmington Plaza. It's a traditional CVS with everything to purchase. Front of store clerks try to service people and the self check out customers. Sometimes I get frustrated with wait time. However ! The pharmacy department needs a review by corporate. Long lines with one clerk Way too many silly issues with the pay pad for customers. Drive up seems to get faster service than walk in. Manager is oblivious to lines waiting. I went twice last week for pick up. Both times I left because 20 people waiting in line. I see people waiting at drop off and consult. No apologies for wait time. Poor customer service. Hunting for prescriptions in bins seems archaic way to do business. Most times they are filed and it's a drug hunt! Lol! Bad business practices. They need employees ... too busy a store for one pharmacist and one clerk this Friday night. I hate going there ,,, Walgreens looks better everyday. But I am sure CVS does not care....

Randomly canceled my Covid shot with no explanation, got a text saying I had rescheduled it then another random text saying it was their fault they had to cancel? I have no idea what's going on over at that CVS but sounds poorly managed from the numerous bad reviews.

This store is a joke. Everything is priced through the roof even if a different price is stated on their own website, they apparently don’t price match now, even though I’ve price matched at this location before.

We are regulars at Wilmington CVS lately with our toddler adjusting to daycare viruses. Tonight we went through the drive thru to pick up a prescription for our 16 month old and the script wasn’t quite ready. It was past her bedtime and she was uncomfortable, crying in the backseat. The pharmacist overheard her tears and had the medicine ready in seconds, letting us skip the 15 minute wait. These kind gestures mean more than you know. THANK YOU!

Genuinely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. So unprofessional, they talk over you to their “favorite customers” and coworkers, barely listen to what you say, and I was told multiple times that my medications would be ready in a few minutes and that I’d be called to pay once they were available, only to never have my name called, and when I finally ask my meds are mysteriously “ready” and then I’m made to go wait in line all over again. Absolutely wretched staff, cold, unhelpful, and just plain bad at their jobs. I would give zero stars if possible
