Totally enjoy this kind of workout. For me It is perfectly designed to fit my fitness goals and then some! Great staff and work out group! Glad I was introduced to the team!

Nick has filled the shoes of an experienced coach. Checks on everyone, concise with pointers and has the most positive attitude. He also manages and controls the room. Definitely a keeper.

Nick is amazing! He explains every movement very well and if anyone needs extra help he is more than willing to explain and demonstrate as many times as needed! And let’s not even talk about how motivating he is during the workouts! Top notch coach/leader and all around GREAT person! Same goes for every coach at CFA!
