Nice helpful staff. Had to pickup some very heavy furniture. They helped get it up on roof racks. Had to make 2 trips. 1.5 hours each way got there just before closing and they were not rushing us in any way.

Very easy pickup, brought our furniture quickly after our arrival call. The person helped load the furniture into our uhaul.

Saves you $$ on delivery. We live very close by and have a truck to transport any large items we purchase. We a have purchased a lot of furniture from Crate and Barrel so this is such a great option. They are very organized and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes.
