Lousy service. Not sure who the new bank manager is by name but she is a ding bat to say the least! 3/4 of the staff can't speak English! Citizens company is a joke now. Thinking about getting out of there and going to a different bank.

This branch is run by people who have no idea what they are doing, are barely qualified for the job, and have horrible attitudes. They have no idea how to handle situations of fraud and actually made the issue much worse for me. Miss Brenda, I’m talking about you. You should be fired <3

They charged me $3 to use my ATM. That's a total of $6, $3 from the bank, $3 from the business.Only a Dirty, pathetic desperate bank who hates their customers would do something like that.

Closed out all my accounts here and transferred them to a local credit union. Apparently one of the accounts was overdrawn in that process. Went to several different locations trying to resolve it. Finally a manager from this location took a few minutes and figured the situation out and I paid down the balance in cash. Now 6 months later I am receiving collections calls from Associated credit services in Tewksbury about another balance. I will never EVER do business with Citizens as long as I live because they haunt you for the rest of your life. The reason I cancelled them in the first place was because I kept receiving sales calls about one of my accounts that had a large sum of money in it urging me to invest with their 20yr old financial advisor. No thanks... But eventually it was converted to a different type of account anyway without my authorization. In that process one of the accounts was reported to collections on my credit report. When I disputed it with credit bureaus and contacted their corporate headquarters in CT they added something else to my credit accidentally and tanked the score 50 points. This confusion took months to fix. Big banks are sketchy. This company is such a conglomerate nobody cares and it's impossible to speak to the correct department. When I explain my issue they immediately terminate the call.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Specially Brenda and Ali. Just no interest in helping clients. All they did was try to get me off the phone so it would be someone else's problem.

NO STARS, aside from Alley and the young girl teller w/dark hair, everyone else at this location is terrible. Those 2 tellers are quick, attentive and friendly. I sat at dr through for 25 mins, hit call button 3X, no one! Called bank on cell rang for 3 mins, finally someone answered and hung up, had to call again to say I was at the dr through. Watched 4 people go into bank and come out in the time I sat there. They let someone fraudulently cash a check from commercial account for 5000$, no acct# no ID, just handed over the cash. Messed up filing the claim 2 X. Waiting 90 days for reimbursement?? What happened to FDIC Citizen's? Absolutely horrible...

Every paycheck I cash from my employer since September has been flagged as fraud, with a varying wait time to get access to my paycheck. I was told by customer service to deposit at an ATM to reduce the chances of fraud holds on my account, so I did. The ATM proceeded to take my check and not credit me for the money, and after a week and a half of fighting with customer service while having NO money they were able to give me the amount. Now, one month later, I got a letter saying they couldn't find the check and are taking my paycheck money back within 48 hours. This doesn't give me enough time for my employer to re-issue my paycheck, which means I'll be not only without money but subject to $30 fines per day because this is putting my account in overdraft. If you live paycheck-to-paycheck, SERIOUSLY look for other banks. The amount of delays I've gotten on my paychecks is absolutely unacceptable.

One star is even too nice. Went to cash a check my grandfather had written for me. Took the check away, started examining it like it was an artifact, refused to tell me anything. One woman comes over without handing back my ID, tells me that she can't cash my check, and that she absolutely cannot tell me why. As if I was going to settle for "I can't cash it today. I just can't." This is said with major attitude, and like I'm stupid since I'm younger than her. Tells me to contact my issuer. I'm going to do exactly that, and bring them in with me, since I was treated like a criminal. Place sucks.

I tried to use the atm. But due to my check being western union it couldn't read it properly, do begrudgingly I went inside. There was only 2 tellers, both working as quickly and efficiently as possible. The line formulated behind me quickly. Niki the branch manager came out and individually greeted each person asking what they were visiting for to see if she was able to help. Unfortunately there wasn't much she was able to assist with, so she went behind the counter and assisted the busy tellers. Great team work and management is rare. Especially in banks. It deserves much more recognition than it gets.

Terrible customer service and they charge you fees for every little thing. I thought banks are suppose to help you save and earn money, not spend it on their fees. Going back to Bank of America or Lowell Five where they have great customer service.

Terrible customer service and they charge fees for every little thing. When I called the bank to inquire about $25 worth of fees that were accumulating - due to the banks error- and they said too bad and only took off one of the fees of $4.99. I guess I will go back to Bank of America or Lowell Five as they have great customer service and do not hit you with all of these ridiculous fees.
