Charlie's is the best! I now know Tom like a best friend due to my daughters multiple minor accidents, he is on speed dial and always explains and fixes our cars to make them new again! Charlie's Autobody is the place to go for reliable ,honest, service!

I had a great experience when I took my car into Charlie's Auto Body. Some of the parts were on backorder from the dealership so there were some delays that were unavoidable. Tom kept me in touch with me and updated me frequently. I was also pleased with how well the shop communicated with my insurance company. The customer service at Charlie's Auto Body is top notch any my car came back looking wonderful.

Fair labor rates, work was done in a timely manner, and the car came out looking great. Hope I won't have to, but I would definitely use them again.

Tom is a wonderful honest man. I went in thinking I needed a new side mirror all set to order one and he took the time and fixed the one I have while I waited. That was very nice of him and then sent me on my way. he could of told me I needed a new one but he didn't took the time so I want to say you will not be disappointed at his shop. :)
