“I usually opt for touchless car washes but had a coupon for a free wash. It didn't mess up my antenna so that was a good start. It left the car a lot cleaner but an automated carwash will never do as well as hand washing.The vacuums are free to use afterwards, too. I think they're supposed to be 5 minutes but I wasn't paying attention but only did the parts that the high powered crevice tool was needed.”

“I am in awe with the service provided.Today i took my car for the first time because of the reviews. I had a bad experience with the touchless service. When i got home i noticed it did almost nothing to my car on the back and the tires. Went back super nervous not knowing how they'll treat me or what would happen. This nice guy came, patiently heard me, saw the car and said, "Don't worry, we'll take care of you". Sent me through the other machine and personally made sure my tires and others spots were taken care of.My tiny car it's so clean and shiny!. Thank you so much. You definitely have a new client.”

“I bought gas gift cards at Christmas time at the Bridge St. Station but misplaced one of them and just found it. It was for my brother who was picking it up this afternoon so I put it on the coffee table so I'd have it handy when he came. Left the room for 2 minutes and when I came back,his card was in pieces and the gas card had an edge chewed off. I called the main office and also the station on Bridge St. The manager was so nice and extremely helpful. She said they would honor the card! Thank you so much! Puppies are so naughty!”

“At arrival, I was welcome’d & asked if I wanted something to drink between coffee & water all While other clients were walking in & welcomed the same way. I didn’t need to look around because I knew what car I came to look at & wanted if all was good during the test drive. I came in a second time later in the week for a test drive again & I had absolutely no issues on getting a second test drive. They were understanding. After my second test drive I was completely SOLD. Came in that weekend and put the money down on a Saturday & by Tuesday I was picking up my car fully inspected and ready to go. I had some cosmetic issues with the car like some dampness of moisture in the tail light, but it’s getting taken care of with one appointment with them. As I picked up the car I was told more good things about the vehicle that I didn’t know. ( it’s always good to know EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR CAR ). Straight forward dealership, amazing customer service. If they say they are going to call you, they WILL. No issues with my purchase what so ever. The finance options fit my lifestyle. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. 5 STAR & 100% recommend FOR ANYBODY LOOKING TO GET THEMSELVES INTO A NEW VEHICLE. I’ll be back in the future and sending anybody I know that needs a car.”

“I stopped at the carwash on May 17th at 7:30 am (they open at 7). I punched the code for my prepaid wash, the gate lifted and I was now in line behind another vehicle. Unfortunately, the door never opened - even after she tooted her horn - so she went to the booth out front to find out what the problem was. Upon her return, she conveyed that the person responsible for opening the carwash had not shown up to work. There was no remedy offered, so I emailed Haffner's when I got home. Much to my surprise, I received a reply within a short time. The individual I dealt with apologized for the inconvenience (apparently, the employee's car had broken down on his way to work) and offered THREE free car washes for my inconvenience. I responded that I would take him up on that offer, as my car was covered in pollen. I also expressed my concern for the employee's hard luck - his absence was never my issue. Later that day, I returned to Haffner's where my 3 free (upgraded) washes were waiting. I was so impressed with Mr. Calabro's quick response in resolving this issue! I am not a fan of Haffner's; dropped their oil service years ago - but I won't soon forget this experience at their carwash. And in the future, I HIGHLY recommend their "The Works" wash - a game changer! :-)”

“I came today on 9/26/23 to get the express detail. They took me right away! It was $50 for the car wash & detail. I had knee surgery recently, so my SUV definitely needed a pick me up. I’m very satisfied with their work! It was very quick too, maybe 25-30 minutes? Not long at all! My car looks fantastic. Highly recommend!”
