Every month you have to jump through the same hoops to get a basic refill. The agents don't have familiarity with the medication refill process often putting you on hold for lengthy waits. It has been frustrating and exhausting working with this company.

Avoid at all costs. You cannot refill online, every month you have to speak to a stranger and tell them extremely personal details. Being chronically ill is bad enough, let me fill my prescriptions online without the invasion of privacy
