“Friendly staff, helpful carriers. I rate this post office 95/100. Certain carriers deliver with no regard for the instructions posted on the article being delivered. When the article clearly states "DO NOT BEND" and the carrier bends it to fit into my mailbox instead of leaving a pickup (at the post office) notice it's a bit frustrating; hence, 95/100. Otherwise this post office does a great job for us!”
“A good place to deliver packages. The offices are large and you have a variety of things to explore. For the same reason, if you forget something, you can buy it.”

“Amazon told me to return the big, heavy box at the UPS Drop stop at Staples in Bennington, but Staples said it was a UPS STORE return code. Hauled the box back to the car, drove 25 more miles to the nearest UPS Store in Williamstown, barely got the box in the door. Showed the code to Rick, who showed me it was a Staples code and gave me step-by-step instructions to log in to Amazon, select the item in my Orders list, cancel the return, create a new return, and select the UPS Store. Meanwhile, his associate, whose name I didn't notice as I was focused on the task, hoisted the box for me. EXCELLENT, HELPFUL service. Worth the extra mileage.”
