took clothing to this location-3 uniform blouses: $12.00 ea.1 uniform-1 pair of pants: $ 10.001 jacket - $20.00total bill $ 66.00Talk about sticker shock!! Never should cost that much no matter where a person goes!!Last time going there.

I dropped off my academic regalia to be cleaned and the zipper repaired. They said one month. They did not call me back. I checked in two months later, and they had lost my items. They found them at another store but the zipper had not been repaired…after two months.

Dropped our down comforter off in August for dry cleaning. Was given an estimate of two weeks. They lost the comforter, we were told several times that they were looking for it. It was finally found after I told them what the replacement cost would be. This was 10 weeks after we dropped it off, and in the mean time, it got cold and we had to go out and purchase another. When I picked it up, I asked if the owner had worked out some sort of discount based off of the situation — was told no and charged full price. We have used them for many years and actually really like the woman who runs the Williamstown location, but the unprofessional ownership of this company means we will not be using them again in the future.

I was late in picking up my items and they gave them away .never called me no notice NOTHING .One item was a handmade blanket my great grandmother made .I'll never forgive that. This incident was a few years ago and under different management. I've recently dropped items off for others and myself and I must say they did an amazing professional job.Im impressed.So take this review for what it's worth and the moral of the story dont forget your items that need picking up !Service: Standard cleaning

Once again, I have had to return a pair of trousers to Royal because they cannot seem to understand that I want my trousers ironed with a crease. This particular pair already had a very obvious crease, and, just to make sure, was tagged CREASE. This has occurred dozens of times. They just can't seem to get it right. Wish there was an alternative

If I could rate lower, I would. Although the cashier is always helpful and friendly, I have given this place 3 chances and have been disappointed each time. At best, they don't clean anything at all- I'm talking minimal dirt that I could probably wash out myself that "cant be removed" and my clothes still smell like my perfume when I pick them up. At worst you end up with a $200 dress RUINED with unidentifiable brown stains that weren't there when you dropped the dress off (even though they'll tell you they were). Unless you want to pay for receiving no service at all (I'm pretty sure they just hold the clothes there for several days and give them back to you), or possibly end up with a ruined garment that you will NEVER be able to wear again, I would not recommend this place.
