Where do I start after 8 years of what started as a good business has gone terrible. Had me order a cross member for my bronco, wrong one, ate $450 (he still has it) had me order coil springs $150 wrong ones ate it. Quoted me on parts and labor for quarter panels and rockers paint and place. Had my bronco for three weeks. After I checked in his body guy told me I had to prepay for the parts. "You've had it for three weeks!" Paid it immediately. A month later he still had it finally he calls me to come get it. Broke my bumper, radiator mount, headlights. Replaced it all.. charged me.. never told me..painted and placed two quarter panels. Never painted or placed the rockers. Fortunately I returned to retrieve them. Today I found out the brand new die hard battery I put in with a warranty... After his service I have a Walmart special that expired 10/23. Dave lies and has bit off way more than he can chew. Will never refer anyone to his business again.

These guys are AWESOME. Was passing through town in desperate need of an oil change and called expecting to be turned away, they got me in within 2 hours! Did a great job, very quick and thorough service. Polite and straightforward, even had some coloring books for my 2 yo son. Reasonable pricing, and I was in and out in under an hour. Thanks I’ll be back again!

I had called around for a head gasket repair and they were the first out of 8 shops that said they could repair it. They said the engine was good for a gasket change and said they would fix it. It cost me 3,300, over 2 months of waiting, and they broke my rear windshield wiper off. Not only that but started overheating 2 weeks later. Lump that in with the terrible customer service I got and I would not recommend Purple Valley and will never go back.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My splash guard on my car came loose over the weekend while visiting the area. I left a voicemail and got a call back on Monday, and they fit me in Tuesday right when they opened & fixed it for a very reasonable fee. Thank you!

Purple Valley is fantastic! I found myself with a non working AC when I was driving through on college tours and they were happy to assist me. They were both reasonable and fast. PLUS-- they picked me up from the tour (and offered a ride there). Wish I had a shop like this where I live.Service: Air conditioning
