“Rick Jones and his team were very helpful when my car's stabilizer rod came undone when up on the lift and I needed to bring my car back after its repair to get that fixed. Very patient and kind. And their little dog Basil is a hilarious and cute office mascot. Hopefully I won't damage my car again but if I do I'm coming here.”
“After having my car repaired at Monro due to a broken spring which was not properly repaired. I explained the severity of the situation to Jess, John and Diane. They went well beyond what I expected to get the repairs done properly. I have been a mechanic/store manager for several years and due to my medical situation, I was unable to do the repairs. They have restored my trust, and I found the only place I will bring my vehicles in the future. I can go on and on about the respect I have for this business. I just want to say Thank You very much I feel at ease knowing that my daughters car is safe to drive. You guys are excellent.

“A rebuilt starter was installed in my Honda Pilot the day before I drove to Williamstown. The next day I was stranded in the athletic field parking lot of Williams College. Campus police recommended Ron's Auto Repair. I called Ron at 5:45am. By the sound of it, I woke him up. We chatted for 20mins. about my issue and cars in general. He towed the car before 9am when the parking lot was expected to fill up. $85 charge which I thought was very reasonable. The next day he swapped out my dead starter and I was off and running. Total charge for labor: $140 and change. Also very reasonable. Tipped $25 which I rarely do with mechanics. Expect you'll want to do the same.”
“These guys are AWESOME. Was passing through town in desperate need of an oil change and called expecting to be turned away, they got me in within 2 hours! Did a great job, very quick and thorough service. Polite and straightforward, even had some coloring books for my 2 yo son. Reasonable pricing, and I was in and out in under an hour. Thanks I’ll be back again!”

364 Main St, Williamstown“The car needed to be inspected in MA so we made a road trip to Williamstown with our two dogs. The inspection went well, as one would expect. The big surprise was how this full service station welcomed our dogs. They have an extra large dog bed in the waiting area and the attendant offered water and a bowl. This was so far above and beyond what we might have expected. Thank you Carpinello!!! You are The Best!!!”
“Coming down the Taconic Trail the red triangle of death was on along with the engine light, and then the brakes came on automatically with it beeping. I think that was something Toyota must’ve put on for us to pull over, but we didn’t. My best friend Mary took us to these mechanics Kevin (owner) Ross & Andy and I tell you what they help me out and we are on our way the next day. Very professional very friendly you can’t go wrong. My experience was just fantastic! Thanks again I really really appreciate it.”
