What are great hardware store! Amazing selections, items you don't expect to find, and exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful staff. The steady flow of people through the store mid day on a Saturday afternoon attests to this. Even if you visit the area as I did, stop in before going anywhere else.

The convenience of having Aubuchon's just a short drive away when I'm in the middle of a project and need something can't be understated. The selection is excellent and they've always had either exactly what I needed or something else that will get me through. Prices are very good compared to other small hardware stores - surprisingly, I find that they're often even relatively competitive with the big box stores. The store is clean, modern, logically organized, and has plenty of parking. Staff are always great to deal with, and I love that the company has adopted store cats.
While I miss the North Adams store (just something charming about a little New England hardware store in an old run-down building), I understand why they closed it and there's no denying that this one is better.

A great local hardware store. For a relatively small business, they always have what I need. Very good selection of garden supplies, from high quality soil amendments to grow lights and other seed-starting equipment. Quick, efficient, friendly staff. They also have resident shop kitties :-)

Store is always clean and conveniently located. I needed rope, clippers and a new shovel, they had a great selection. They sadly were out of lime but Dan was such a big help finding everything and even gave me recommendations on great places to go hike after a long day of hard work. Great little store and amazing staff!

This store is always wellaintained and sricked as best as they can. Matt, the store manager, and his crew are always polite and bring customers to their locations to retrieve what they are looking for.

The customer service provided by Annette and the Aubuchon staff was exceptional ! I recently wanted to purchase an item online but was unable to physically pick it up at the store location- they cheerfully accommodated my situation. Outstanding!
