Rick Jones and his team were very helpful when my car's stabilizer rod came undone when up on the lift and I needed to bring my car back after its repair to get that fixed. Very patient and kind. And their little dog Basil is a hilarious and cute office mascot. Hopefully I won't damage my car again but if I do I'm coming here.

Al's were nice folks and did really excellent work on a front end collision I had: They were busy when I first came in so I had to wait to get into their shop, but they immediately took the time to tie up the front bumper so I could drive the car until my appointment. They had helpful advice about getting a rental car while my car was in the shop. Organized scheduling, they got me in and out exactly as estimated, they took care of the coordination with my insurance, no surprises with the price. Car looks and runs good as new. Highly recommended.

Went there to puck up a car.When was looked at on intro.Gentleman watched me with prejudice, maybe me being colored?But when stating why and whom for, I was there on business representation.I was then treated with courtesy and respect. However a quaint little body shop located in a family neighborhood, they do however do professional excellent body work.Try them all it's great work and wellll.. courtesy and smiles do follow..

To anyone looking for a shop that repairs extensive damage after a fender bender, look no further, Al’s Auto Body & Collision, 95 Bridges Road, Williamstown is the perfect place for highly professional service. The work was quoted, repaired in a very timely manner, stayed within budget and the finished car looks like brand new. A great staff and they have an adorable friendly little dog too!

There is no where else I would take my car if it needs body work. They are friendly and efficient. The work they do is perfect. If any communication is needed with your insurance company, they do it. Rick and Debbie and their staff are the absolute best in the area. Highly recommended.

Rick (the owner of Al's) is so great. I figure he sees most of his customers at their worst, shaken and stressed out, but he's reassuring and gets the job done efficiently, quickly, no surprises. My trauma was a smashed backseat roll-down window when someone broke into my car on a Sunday. Rick had it replaced and ready for me to pick up by Wednesday noon.

Professional to work with and they do outstanding work. I had them do some body repair on the bottom of my truck's door. Dropped it off on a Thursday morning and the body work and paint were all done for a Friday afternoon completion. Will, unfortunately be using them again, but glad to know there's such a good place to take our vehicles to be brought back to new.

BEWARE. We had a car brought to them and they put in JUNKYARD parts after being payed for genuine Toyota parts. Then the owner lied to my mother and said the insaurence company payed for used parts. On top of that they have a car back without coolant and without the headlights even hooked up. I wouldn't reccomend them to my worst enemy

Al's did a great job fixing and painting a big quarter panel on our Santa Fe. They were expedient in getting the car back to us and were easy to work with. Even better they were extremely affordable compared to other body shops. Highly recommend.

Hello out there!!!! Do not hesitate in the least to put your vehicle in Al's Auto Boby's hands!! Picked my car up today and it is simply beautiful!!! Did a happy dance!
