Despite the late hour and the fact that it was closing time for their office, Drs. McCaffrey and Smith demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the well-being of animals and a level of compassion that truly touched our hearts.In our time of need, when every other local veterinarian turned us away due to the unique nature of our pet being a flock bird, Drs. McCaffrey and Smith not only accepted our pet chicken, but they did so with open arms and warm smiles. “Staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Purdy was caring, and his explanations were detailed. I felt comfortable about the care given to my cat. I was assured of help whenever I needed it. “Our dog recently had a major injury and is having surgery this week, Monson Animal is her primary veterinary office. Every time we had questions or needed anything we were assisted quickly - medications were prepared and ready within minutes for her at the drop of a hat. The office is clean and decorated nicely, organized, staff are professional, and very friendly. Highly recommend. We are very happy with their services!”

“Dr. Margaret Mcisaac may be the most caring vet I have ever met. Upon meeting my animals for the first time her love of animals really showed. I have had a diabetic cat for years and always felt in the dark about his care until I switched to granby animal clinic. The vet talked with me for quite some time about her approach to caring for a cat with diabetes and things I need to look out for. She was very thorough and I left feeling both my cat and dog were very cared for. Also the price of one visit was less than half what I used to pay for a rushed visit at the VCA. Not only was the vet great but all the office staff and vet techs were amazing as well! Thank you Granby Animal Clinic!!!!!! ?”

“My dog went here her whole life. From routine check ups to injuries and illness this Vet was amazing! I’ve had other dogs and other vets in the past, and I didn’t really understand what a difference a good one made, until the dogs really needed it. They spend time with your animal, they don’t just hand you a menu of tests and prices. They respect your wishes when the dog is older and the treatment you want is palliative. So many vets feel like going to a mechanic who wants to sell you fixes your pet doesn’t really need just to make a buck. Not here. They were honest about options and prices and made time in emergencies. My boxer Rory ended up with a degenerative spinal disease in the end, and they really supported me in giving her the best quality of life possible for as long as possible while being completely realistic about what would happen. I’m so grateful and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you! From the bottom of my heart.”
