I've used this location many times and never had a problem, today I went in for a passport appointment and the woman that helped me was very friendly, polite and helpful. I was given all the info and paperwork that I needed and appointment for the very next day. This place is organized and professional.

I don't think I have ever had a positive experience here. I would rather pay UPS prices. If you have a choice don't bother. One star is too generous!

If I could leave less than one star, I would. For the second time this holiday season, we have had a package marked delivered when it never arrived. This time, we were waiting on a Christmas gift from Poland, and for some inexplicable reason, our carrier delivered it to some other home, literally handed it to someone in a home that it was not addressed to, and called it a day. Our tracking says “Delivered: Left With Individual”. It’s certainly not here, and no one in this house has it. As it is now Saturday evening and Monday is a holiday, I can’t even go to the post office and deal with this until Tuesday - regardless, my package is gone; whoever received it knows damned well it isn’t theirs and hasn’t done anything about it. Imagine not bothering to read an address and not once but twice in one month leaving a package somewhere it doesn’t belong - and people’s Christmas gifts, at that. People should not have to go door to door in their neighborhoods searching for their mail and hoping people are honest and return packages that aren’t theirs all because their carrier cannot be bothered to deliver packages correctly. I’m disgusted and sick over this; there is absolutely no excuse for this to keep happening. Use anything but USPS to ship packages.

4th time visiting this location in the last 2 weeks. I shipped the exact package and label every occasion and was told to go home and cover up the box because it didn’t match with the label.You sort and mail based off of the label not the box…The employee looked miserable and like she didn’t want to be there.

Had an appointment for a passport only to show up and be told the only people who can do passports called out today. A simple phone call or email to let me know would’ve been courteous. Unbelievable level of incompetence. The guy at the desk told me callouts “tend to happen a lot when it’s nice out.” How professional!

I honestly just want to leave this review because people are so mean. This post office is great and every staff member that I have met has been both extremely helpful and kind. No matter if you just got in line or have been waiting a few minutes they always greet you with “I’m sorry about the wait” and yes, some people may find promoting and asking about surveys annoying but they are always on top of that so you know they are doing what they are suppose to! People working inside the post office have no control over how fast the delivery driver is so don’t be mad at them and give them horrible reviews over it!

The time for the lobby hours on Saturday online say 4:00 pm but you go to the post office and the door says 3:00 pm should probably change that so people don’t waste there time going there when there actually closed such an inconvenience

On September 2021 we had a change of address from Texas and wanted to set up a post office mail box here. But this office made it super complicated than necessary. We need verification that we actually live locally (not sure why that's even necessary? We also already completed all the paperwork online and paid the fee online as well). But me and my 4 years' old were turned away and we even brought authentic USPS email notifications (because we set up change of address before we moved from Texas) that shows our daily mails with local address on them. But that's not enough according to this office. Just not sure why we were hold off. They were not following their work procedures or protocol. Please be aware.

Was up charged from first class mail to package and over charged and was not given any consistent reason as to why my letter had to go as a package.First it was because the letter in question wouldn't fit through a measuring slot. To which I proved was a lie.The second reason was because my cardboard back photograph was not bendy enough.At that point I simply gave up.Horrible customer service and clearly happy to swindle you.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Fast service, short lines, pretty quiet place. I had no idea I didn’t need to buy my own tape for priority boxes, but the woman behind the counter let me know. I’d been taping up my own priority boxes for years.
