I tried and tried to resolve a memory issue on my 94-yr-old mom's cell phone. We are with Consumer Cellular and they said that Google is an app and they couldn't help me with an app on an Android phone! Consumer Cellular has gotten REALLY big and customer service is going downhill.10 minutes with Becky and she resolved the issue. I can now do a Samsung Switch for a new phone with more memory. No charge! She even said to come back with any new phone issues. These guys are great! I highly recommend them.
