Since my lug nuts were being difficult and a few unexpected parts had to be delivered, the service took longer than I expected but Steve in the office was great and very personable. He kept me updated each step of the way even though the shop was busy on the day I was there. I liked that you could schedule an appointment right online and the pricing seemed fair, so I anticipate using Monro again for future maintenance.”
