Was told job would take 2 hours to complete so i waited….& waited….& waited…. & waited….& waited ( you get the idea!) 71/2 hours later, they close the shop & the job wasnt finished!!!!! Lousy customer service; they did not keep me updated as to the progress w my car. Every time i asked, they told me” it should be done shortly!!!! Never was!!!! Now i have to travel back there tomorrow!!!! Do yourself a favor…. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!!

Although several of the previous reviews mentioned rude remarks and poor attitudes my experience was much different. The lady in the office, Anna and I were talking while my vehicle was being inspected and she seemed very nice and great to talk with. Although my vehicle failed inspection, Joe and Anna took the time to explain why and were very kind during the process.

Northeast Automotive is clearly not for the people with the rude remarks they made and terribly slow service. Not only did they wrongfully fail me for my inspection sticker, they made me wait 2 hours for re-inspection and made the remark of “I’ll crack his windshield so he has to come back again” while I was in the lobby. I advise you and your car stay far far away from Northeast Automotive!!!

Both Anna and Joe are very nice and very perfeshonal and recommend anyone to bring there car...also if you do come In an experience an off day of some sort just remember they too can have a bad day just like you or I!!! Joe's a funny guy ?

Both the secretary and the mechanic are very unprofessional. Have dealt with these people numerous times and have never had a good experience with them. I’ve been double charged numerous times and they act as if they don’t know what you’re talking about. At this point it’s more of a race issue with them. When it comes to having appointments, other people pull up and they take everyone else first.

Joe the owner of the Northeast was hired to simply compress a pair of coil springs to complete a strut assembly. This is normally an hour or 2 job. After a week, I went to the shop and saw my suspension on the floor nearly bent in half. He refuses to make the situation right and I am out a few hundred dollars because of him. Please please avoid this shop. I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. The worst part about this was that he was rude about the situation!!!!!! Avoid this shop!!!Service: Steering/Suspension

I bring my truck there whenever I need something I can't do myself done and he does a fantastic job and is reasonable on his prices, the mechanic and secretary are awesome, such nice ppl I would recommend them to anyone

I would stay far away from this shop. Absolute negligence. The owner Joe damaged my parts and refuses to accept responsibility. I am urging everyone to stay far away from this shop. The employees are rude and won’t return calls. I am including photos of just how badly he damaged my parts.

Joe is very knowledgeable about everything I've brought to him to repair, he's replaced the transmission in my car and fixed my wife's car. Definitely going to continue giving them my business. Would have been 5 stars but as busy as they are it takes a while to get your car or truck in to be fixed.
