“Great selection of ready to go meals ? and deserts if you don't have time to prep your meals after work then head to Delaney's and grab what you would like to eat all prepared for you with lots to chose from and all the dishes that I have tried are delicious and I purchase the meals for 2 and my wife and I split them and there's plenty of food and it's way better than getting fast food and it costs about the same or less depending on what you buy give it a try I guarantee you will be back trying different meals especially if you don't have much time for prepping food after work and cleaning up the mess ?”
“I love Arnold's Meats! I always come and stock up on meats for the freezer. I love getting their sauces, fresh peeled garlic. I love their frozen veggies. There's so much to choose from cheese and milk to bread and eggs to pies and desserts to spices and pastas to meat. The frozen French fries are delicious too. Prices are great too!!”

“Hector is a snake...Very nice guy initially..then turned out to be deceiving..He was a gift and a curse..got the job done for reasonable price however charged me $400 dollars for a part turn out the part was a USED part...charged me 120 for valve covers and this dummy used worn out valve covers...He had my car for 8 whole days then gave it back to me in limp mode. After 2mos of trying to find a mechanic to work behind his work..I was informed that this dummy left several wires disconnecting in my vehicle causing it to be in limp mode...He didn't even want to fix his own dam mistakes he made..just terrible..All around I will never bring my car back to him and I learned a very valuable lesson ?..bless be”
“Big Y Enfield has THE nicest lady working at the self checkout station - Stacey! She is always so happy and upbeat aside from being extremely responsive and helpful to all the customers needs. “Visiting stores that aren't traditionally American can be scary for us who aren't of the culture. Thus place however makes it very easy to visit as a first time shopper as well as a returning shopper. The prices are much lower than the chain markets because they specialize in the products. Service is very friendly with little to no language barrier at all. I'll be returning soon and often.”

“I used to own an iguarana for a pet. It was adorable. Soda of choice for the Brazilians. It's a really excellent product which I have been loving ever since I first tried it in Brazil but one person I know loves that way more than I do and that person is named Barbie. This is one of my favourite sodas even though it's a little on the sweet side and has a strange taste. It's made from some kind of Guarana syrup which is apparently sourced from the Amazon region and it's the Brazilian national drink. It is to them what Coca-Cola is to America - but it's definitely got more about it than Coca-Cola and I highly recommend giving it a try even though it is clearly not very good for you. Maybe that's why the Brazilians have such ample charms in the rear Department.”
“We worked with your produce team for 17 days and they were great we bought 10-12 flats of strawberries and a box of bananas every day and they were great to work with we do have one complaint which isn’t their fault but we lost a lot of bananas with black spots and soft totally mush we threw a couple boxes away totally We hope to work with you again next year koodos to Big Y West Springfield”

“This morning i was in search for a parfait for breakfast, there was none in the normal spot due to someone buying the rest yesterday. Mary was beyond helpful when she noticed i was slightly upset about not seeing what i was looking for, she immediately asked what she could do for me and went to the back to retrieve another case of parfait. i work in customer service, and was impressed with her quickness and her performance”

“The butcher that worked today 12/3 around noon time was outstanding. He took the time to assist me and my 17month old son with our selections. He walked with us from chicken, to beef, and then fish selections; using sanitary and food safety skills with each exchange and was spot on in his calculations.Ive had good and poor experiences with this store, however lately the good has been tipping the scale. Keep up the great work we love the local, small town feel!”

“Never been in it before, but driving by, and needed to get things for supper. This store is sooo clean, bright, no bad smells. People were so friendly, helped me find things. The meat lady, stopped what she was doing, went out back and got me jumbo chicken wings. They were perfect!!( except for the price). Bought 3/ 12 wing package. If I lived closer, that would be my store”
