I tried to call ahead but got transferred 3 times. And after sitting on hold for 15 minutes I hung up and drove 45 minutes one way to get an item the website said they had 9 of(sika-concrete crack fix epoxy) . Turns out they had 0. Complete waste of my time. Poor customer service on the phone and I'm assuming all other inventory is a disaster. I hope they get inventory audited cause this is a disgrace of a location for home depot.

I have never received top-notch service from anywhere as I had received from Jeffrey at the Wilbraham Home Depot. He was deligiant, patient, thorough, understanding, empathetic and I did not have to jump through hoops to get the help I very much needed!
Also, a shot out to Joe!! These two guys are the best of the best. Kudos to you both!

This store always has some excuse as to why they won't honor a price match. I've read the policy, it's the same product, and you're just wasting people's time/money. Disappointing and annoying to say the least. Probably time to have a store meeting or change the policy to "we will only price match if it is still convenient for home depot."

Bought flooring and decided to get the app to do curbside pick up and they mounted the planks in. One didn't have the plastic on and the box was a little bent but I assumed that was part of the 10% extra for incase you have damages so I didn't think anything of it. Went home. Found out I bought the wrong flooring. Went to return it. Mind you I never took it out of my car. And they refused to refund me the box that had no plastic. Saying it's open and the box is broken. I told them they gave it like that to me. I thought it was extra and they said they wouldn't do that and refused to refund me. I'm switching to another home improvement store and never doing curbside again. They didn't even help me put it back in my car. I have back problems with procedures done. Thought curbside would be amazing. Turned into a nightmare.

Dito, I left my baby's wheelchair and I had to set it up like this, they should have the Caroline Cart like at Lowe's and like at Walmart for handicapped children/young people

July 21, 2024 around 8 AM went to electrical ask The Man for 12 three wire wouldn’t let me see it told me has to fall protocol took at the service desk told me pay for it there basically called me a thief without saying it

I like Home depot in Wilbraham because they always have what I need. And most of all the customer service workers are very nice and respectful and they always find a solution to the problem specially IRIS she always finds the solution...

Multiple times now have been told policies are different here than they are at other home depot stores. Just drive to Chicopee, it's not worth the hassle to shop at the wilbraham store
