I recently had a very frustrating experience with the pharmacy at CVS in Wilbraham. I was on hold for over 40 minutes, which was already incredibly inconvenient. When I finally got through to a team member, the service only worsened.
The staff member informed me that my pet's prescription was ready but mentioned it wasn't covered by insurance, then asked if I still wanted it. The tone was condescending, as if assuming I wouldn't want to purchase it because it was over $50. This assumption was not only rude but also senseless—why would my pet have insurance for a prescription?
This level of service is unacceptable. The lengthy hold time and the dismissive attitude I encountered are not what I expect from a pharmacy. I hope CVS addresses these issues to improve their customer service in the future. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the pharmacy at CVS in Wilbraham.

This CVS has no public bathroom. I've gone to CVS's since the 80s. And 90% of them have a public bathroom. I've spent 1,000s of $$$ shopping at CVS & many locations. But I boycott the ones that don't have a bathroom to use!! Do better.

Doesn’t open at 7am like posted. Drove out of the way for nothing bc I needed an inhaler and had to wait in pain.

I stopped there for a birthday card - selection was minimal - but much worse, when my 4-year-old needed a bathroom, I was ignored at the pharmacy trying to ask if there was one, then the clerk sent me to her supervisor, and then the supervisor refused. I get that it’s not a public restroom but for a small child, maybe an exception could be made. Or at very least some compassion shown with any apologetic tone or suggestions for nearby places that I could have gone.

They never pick up and when they do they rush you off and hang up the phone on you instead of answering questions. The worst customer service ever! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I'd give zero stars if I could. The people working here are awful and extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy, don't waste your time with this one. The female pharmacist is on a high horse. Worst CVS ever.

When a cooperate store has such a low rating shouldn't something be done ? It seems that everyone has had a problem with the pharmacy. I've had multiple. If I could use a different pharmacy I would. But truly something needs to be done.

Have been sitting on hold for over 30 minutes with the pharmacy, trying to track status of my child’s epipen… which they should have ordered 2 weeks ago, and somehow had to replace the order on Friday when I showed up to see if it was available. CVS pharmacy is a joke

Every time I have a prescription filled I am told it will be ready a a certain time and I wait an additional hour and then go to get it and it still is not filled. I then have to wait another 20 minutes to get it
