“I've been going to Spartan for a few years now. Actually both myself and my husband take our vehicles there. It's the first place that I don't feel taken advantage of because I'm a woman. I had my brakes done there a year and a half ago. They said I didn't need to do the back brakes at this point...nice they didn't push it on me. Well time for the rear brakes so I dropped off my car and they called back saying both front and rear brakes needed replacing. I was like what?? The mechanic was just telling me that this and that needed replacing and it could be how I wa driving....ummm no. Something wasn't right so I asked to speak to the manager and Josh called me back within half an hour. He said I agree with you....brakes shouldn't need replacing in 14 thousand miles. He's going to do them again with no parts charge and minimal labor charge. Even though the warranty is only for a year. To me that is GREAT customer service and I greatly appreciated it! Thank you Josh! It's hard to find a good place to fix your car where they don't rob you blind! Greatly appreciated! May God bless you all!”

“Went in for new tires and an oil change on my Jeep. Since my lug nuts were being difficult and a few unexpected parts had to be delivered, the service took longer than I expected but Steve in the office was great and very personable. He kept me updated each step of the way even though the shop was busy on the day I was there. I liked that you could schedule an appointment right online and the pricing seemed fair, so I anticipate using Monro again for future maintenance.”
