“Went for shock replacement and was told that my car isnt worth fixing. Significant rusting problem underneath that i wasnt aware of from my regular mechanic. I appreciate KENS honesty, and will never go back to my original mechanic who i put all kinds of work on with severe rust issues in frame. If i need help with my car, ill see KEN. The lady in the office, Anna and I were talking while my vehicle was being inspected and she seemed very nice and great to talk with. Although my vehicle failed inspection, Joe and Anna took the time to explain why and were very kind during the process.”
