My Monday afternoon was interrupted by the dreaded Blue screen of death on my desk top computer. After getting it restarted it ran for a few minutes before again going to the blue screen. I originally chose All Tech Solutions due to their close proximity to my home. I called and spoke with Allen and was able to drop my desk top’s tower off for repair the same after noon. Being confined to a wheelchair I spend most of my time working inline so being without my computer is tantamount to a disaster for me. When I met Allen I found him very knowledgeable as I discussed what happened and my concerns.Two days later I have my computer back and running better than ever. Allen did a fantastic job with the repair of my computer going above and beyond what I think most places would do, giving them a 5 star review seems lacking. Allen did a fantastic job at fixing my sons Chromebook when I thought it couldn’t be fixed. Prices were low compared to many other places in the area and he had it turned around very quickly. Since then my company has also hired him to make up our new brochures which came out fabulous!! I would 100% recommend!

Absolutely abhorrent prices for basic tech services. Take your money elsewhere 120$ for "virus removal" is a scam.

Fair prices, even lower then expected. Not only is he knowledgeable but also very easy to get along with during the stress of having your computer worked on. He has a way of calming the situation making a broken computer less painful.

We brought our laptop and desktop in to be serviced. We thought they were both beyond help, (as we hadn't used them for quite some time do to so many issues). Allen gave us his expertise advice and saved us from purchasing new devices. The price we paid to fix both devices was BEYOND fair!!!! They both work amazingly well! Very fast!!!! He installed programs, new anti virus. When we called around for approximate pricing, Allen was WELL BELOW the rest! His customer service AND computer skills are outstanding. He was always very patient with all our questions. He made sure we understood everything. We defiantly would refer All Tech Solutions to anyone and everyone who needs computer repair!!
