I had a fantastic experience buying my Ford Transit from Whitman Auto Sales in Whitman, MA. From the beginning, the staff were incredibly patient as I gathered my funds, and they stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. Despite the high demand for vehicles due to Covid, they kept their word and held onto the Transit until I had everything in order.
I never felt pressured at any point, and the folks I dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would recommend these folks.

Buying a great used car from this family-business was easy - and overall a great experience!! The price was great, the car is great, they were helpful and friendly at each step of the very easy process! Will definitely return when we need another car.

Went in for a test drive and had a terrible experience. Your typical “used car salesmen” high pressure, dishonest from the start. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

The kid or girl that runs the office is useless, clueless and unprofessional. Has no idea on how to communicate or update you. They fix their vehicles in the parking lot with Spray paint, glue, and duct tape. Seems a bit shady, wouldn't advise to buy a used vehicle from them..

I bought a used car from this dealership and couldn’t be more happy with their selection and service. The staff are professional, honest and super friendly. I’ve been met with a huge smile every time I’ve been there. Prices are pretty competitive and they will make sure you get a fair deal. They have worked with me so well!! I was having trouble getting all the money in one place to make a full payment. They were kind and very understanding. I was in a horrible accident I found not at fault. However, if anybody knows what it’s like dealing with insurance, it sucks I couldn’t wait for settlement and I had to buy a car. I looked all around and found this place. Can I just say absolutely felt so good right from the start. I felt like I could trust them. I felt very relaxed. I felt like she was super honest. All car buying experiences should be like this. So five stars to Whitman auto sales.

These are really good, honest people, in it for the long haul. Could not have been happier with the whole deal. Highly recommended!I had to add an addendum to my review because once again these folks have proven themselves to a class act of the highest character.It turned out that my truck failed the safety inspection down in Rhode Island over a brake issue and they did not hesitate to repair it for me. Had me drive up and fixed things while I waited. And even did more than what was required by the safety inspection report. If you're looking for an honest dealer that will stand behind their sales, you could not be in better hands!
