Very poor customer service. The staff do the least amount of work and would prefer to tell you they can't do something when they definitely can. Do not use this pharmacy. They hang up on their customers when they don't want to help them.

Another terrible pharmacy with overworked, underappreciated staff. Again I spent an inordinate amount of time on hold. The first person answered and said I was 2nd in line in the hold queue, then I was 3rd, then I was 5th. Somehow, I've gone backwards. Possibly worse than CVS.

I love Walgreen's in Whitman. I went to CVS for several years and they frequently made mistakes on my prescriptions. I switched to Walgreen's and never looked back. The pharmacy staff is great and they have never made a mistake on a prescription. Wait time is minimal. They also have good deals on other items in the store. I can't figure out why so many people stay with CVS. smh

Excellent staff so much better trip after my cvs stop.. night and day ty Walgreens great employees UPDATE OCTOBER 30,2019 SMH Mam next register but I'm stretching my legs lol sitting in photo wtf two minutes later I said no prob waiting on call about a item on sale He says Don't wait too long at 8 pm in five minutes we close you can grab it at CVS WTF LOL YEAH WELL STRETCH THOSE DAMN LEGS STANDING AND WALKING NOT SITTING

The pharmacy is wonderful in Whitman. I switched from CVS because they were HORRIBLE Walgreens always goes out of their way to make things right. The pharmacists are also very friendly & they always have cookies for my dogs at the drive thru!
