We recently purchased a truck from ****, a 2009 **** Ranger. It was far from an easy experience. The truck was paid for in cash at $12,000, however he wrote $5000 on the bill of sale. A bit sketchy, but as a small business owner myself, I understand the hefty tax bill- so whatever. Anyway, we were driving up from ** to get the truck so we had to take care of all of the registration in CT. This took much longer than necessary because **** had 'miswrote' the vin number (also sketchy). When we picked up the truck, the tires were low and the wipers had no blades - would have been nice if he had taken care of these things, but whatever- not a big deal. Two days later the check engine light came on. Now it's been about two weeks with the truck and there are major issues costing ** close to $1000 and we also found out the 4WD is not functioning. I understand this is an older truck, but with **** owning a mechanic shop- we figured he would at least be outright with the information. I guess not. He did offer to fix it, but it wouldn't be worth the drive and I can't say we'd trust the work done. There are a lot of scammers out there, people. Watch out. Lessons were learned, so at least we can thank him for that.

Spent a few weeks shopping for used vehicles all over Massachusetts. By far, Tony's Auto Works was the most professional and forthcoming with the vehicles that were for sale. I was able to take as many test drives as I wanted and when minor issues were found, Tony repaired them in a quality manner. At no point did I ever feel hassled or rushed to purchase from here. I have been driving the vehicle I purchased from here for almost 6 months without issue. If you are in the market for used vehicles, Tony's is a business that you can trust.

Guy was extremely rude. Vehicles are bad quality. bottoms are rusted out and he painted over rust with cheap paint. Most vehicles are either scratched/ dented, or have very high mileage and is overpriced. Not my best experience, and definitely not a good way to run a business.

Initially hesitant to drive an hour to look at car at a small dealership, but with the RSX we were looking for , online reputation and years at present location, figured we would give Tony's a try. Arrived for a test drive and talked pricing with Tony. We agreed on a fair price for the car and Tony made the rest easy. Very happy with car and overall experience. Definitely would not hesitate to Recommend Tonys to family and friends. Thanks Tony

Billy is one if the hardest workers I know. Very thorough and fair with prices. No b******** ever. I don't know many shops where they let you bring your own parts for installation either. If you need work done on your vehicle, I highly recommend Bill's Auto. Thanks Billy!

Not alot of honest people out there let alone mechanics but Bill is the REAL DEAL!! He is friendly and professional but won't take you to the cleaners or double talk you about things you have no idea about!! So happy I found this garage and became friends with this man!!!
