Peapod by Stop & Shop receives mixed reviews from customers. Many appreciate the variety of items and love shopping there, noting helpful and friendly customer service that improves the experience. Some find good sale items, especially given the current economy. However, several significant complaints are common. The store has faced issues with expired food on shelves, particularly in refrigerated sections, and a decline in produce quality, with rotting vegetables often found. The location does not have a pharmacy. After renovations, some adjustments were needed, and a frequent complaint is the 10-cent charge for paper bags, prompting advice to bring your own. During peak hours, the store is often understaffed, with long lines, though management is noted to provide timely refunds for unsatisfactory products.
Next to Walmart, this is the best food/grocery delivery service in the area, hands down.

Love shopping, like the variety, took some getting used to after renovations, only real complaint is that they charge 10 cents for paper bags because they did away with plastic, so make sure you bring your own bags.
