I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at MDI Auto Brokers.As you see I gave it 5stars !This was a very smooth process from beginning to end.More specifically I would like to give high praise to the sales team.Not only were they extremely genuine, but also very professional.The knowledge and experience the people at MDI Auto had was far superior to that of other local dealers I’ve encountered.Thank you so much ! Puts the wrong price on a car and then blames the customer? This place is a joke and whoever "fixes" their cars clearly isn't good at their job because all these cars have issues. It's funny how the owner has some BS response to every negative review.

Went to check out a car there. Jack helped me out, really nice guy, car was empty on gas so I got the gas for him and gave him the receipt upon return. Car had an issue so I let him know about it and I asked if I should put down a deposit and he insisted I didn’t need to and told me he’d get the vehicle in the shop to get checked out. I called back once a day to check in with him on it. Called before going in to buy it after it was fixed and Tom, his partner, tells me the car sold and Jack told him nothing about not needing a deposit. Thanks for nothing guys.

I bought my BMW from Tom and I cannot get over how nice and easy the transaction was. I love my car and I'm so happy with the service here I'd Deff recommend MDI to anyone looking for quality service.

I would give this place more than 5 stars, was looking to purchase a good quality used car, found MDI and am soooo happy i did. I went in to look at the crossover i was interested in and met Tom, after test drivining it Tom and i sat down to talk I love the fact that he is a staight shooter no bs and is very pleasant to talk to. Told him i wanted the car purchased it and picked it up Tom told me if i wanted i can take the vehicle to their guy and they pay for the inspection. I didnt choose to do that I went to my mechanice and had him check the whole vehicle over and put a sticker on it. My vehicle passed with no problems and EVERYTHING was A1 with the vehicle just like Tom said it was. So yes i highly recommend this place to everyone. Great Dealership and People.

I bought a Mercedes E 350 about a year ago. the car was clean and ran EXTREMELY well and the owner showed me the slip from the garage he used. the price was fair and at the time I was short a little on cash. So I gave him what I had and asked him to put it out back till I could get the rest of the cash and he did . To this day all I’ve had to do is put fuel and change the oil.if it ever fails me I would definitely go there and buy another from him. It is an excellent place to buy a vehicle from. they even went to the registry for me. IT DOES NOT GET ANY EASIER THAN THAT.so if your looking for a vehicle I suggest you check them out. I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

Hi, I give them a 5 stars because they really disserve for the service , anybody who’s looking for a good reliable car to come to MDI in Whitman. Tom was very helpful he weren’t shady like the typical used car dealer ship. I bought an amazing 2003 Buick le sabre custom off of them with 149k miles but very clean. They were very honest with me. MDI helped me get the car in just one day ! Again to any one looking to purchase a good reliable vehicle MDI is the place to go !thank you everyone and specially Tom.

I would suggest anybody who’s looking for a good reliable car to come to MDI. Every body was very helpful they weren’t shady like the typical used car dealer ship. I bought an amazing infinity G35 coupe off of them with 90k miles very clean. They were honest and upfront. When I wanted to see the car under a lift and any other thing I needed they were right on it. MDI helped me get my loan for the car in just one day! They also offered me more than a fair trade for my vehicle double what it would have been for scrap. Again to any one looking to purchase a good reliable vehicle MDI is the place to go !

This is a good place to buy a used car from. My father in law bought a car from here and he loves it,it just had a minor issue with a brake light,I took it there for him and the owner was very professional and curtious, he addressed the issue and fixed it with no hassle. I have to admit I thought going to a small place would be nothing but a hassle,but I was surprised.
