They called me to talk about 3 trucks I confirmed to see and didn’t know I was on my way. The salesman kept emphasizing how all the vehicles they have are 100 % serviced in top condition, they should reed their reviews, customers say not so.

They messed up on the title and I waited forever at the county clerk for them to fix it. They took so long to pay off my trade in that my credit union was threatening to put a mark on my credit history. They will tell you the vehicle you want has been inspected but, I assure you, it has not. Upon receiving the vehicle the check engine and tpms lights were on. Turns out there's a bad tpms sensor and it needs a new compressor. To make up for this, they sent me a $500 check, which will not cover the replacement. Just a few months later here I am selling the car and chalking it up as a mistake. What a horrible company to deal with. Do yourself a solid and go literally ANYWHERE else.UPDATE:They have since reached out to me and made things right. While I sill do feel that the process has been more of a headache than it should have been, they settled the situation well in the end.

I bought a 2017 Prius prime from Mass Auto world in late September. Sam and Nick made the purchase easy, answering all my questions. And both were available whenever I made a call. Think of how unnerving it is to need answers to your questions and get a voice mail! Not with these guys. Never having bought a car where the process is completed all online or by phone, and one does not actually interact with an actual person, the procedure was a bit unnerving. I live in northern NH and they worked with me to make the delivery of the Prius prime and pick up of my 2006 Prius with 240K miles on it seamless. I would definitely recommend Mass Auto World if one is looking for a used vehicle.

Customer service review: Terrible experience working with them.Took a MONTH (yeah, a month after purchase to legally drive new car) after payment in Full, for them to preform a few simple repairs in order to get my car roadworthy, yet they drove it to me to deliver it... Huh.Basically did their job for them, finding the parts to purchase online and everything.Took me threatening legal action against them to move their behind on their end of things.Rude AF. Got told by them literally "Maybe One Day!" my car would be ready to pass inspection to drive it.... Unbelievable.Ignored my messages multiple times for Days and weeks. Had to contact them daily to get a response More than once a week. Dodged the mechanics calls too.Also I had to pay extra out of my pocket to get my car safe, as they were unwilling to spend money on the second damaged strut & wheel alignment..After the first set of repairs (Took multiple repair shop visits because they were unwilling to cooperate initially) They returned the wrong car to my Driveway! And they asked for me to pay for the tow truck to return the car for them to repair it.Luckily, I picked a good vehicle And after they cleared up their ends of things (After I paid more out the pocket) My car is doing great.I am concerned what else they have around and are willing to sell, however.So heed this warningIf you're looking to buy from mass Auto world. ⚠️~S ?

Sold my Tesla Model X Performance to them. Worked with Wesley and had a great experience. Everything went smoothly and paperwork was sent over and signed almost immediately after speaking to him same day. Car was picked up within a couple days by their transporter. Wesley was very accommodating and made the remote transaction easy and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.

We were skepical at first with this new concept. But once we determined they are a legitimate company we went ahead. We recommed them for the price conscious shoppers. When we went to check it out and purchase it, they apologized that the car was not ready for sale yet. I think we jumped right when they purchased it and they didn't have a chance to go over it yet. They changed the brakes, did an oil change and added a missing cabin air filter. The engine and interior looked brand new for a 9 year old car, and some minor scratches on the exterior. They were very nice through the whole process. We drove two hours each way to see it, so they gave us a break on delivery after they repaired it. The concept will make people wonder however, the low over head saved us a few thousand or more. It's a different way to buy a vehicle but worked well for us. Depending on the year we / you get at least 8 to 30 days to have your mechanic check it out and if there is anything major they cannot fix they say you get your money back, it's on their website. The way they handle the negative reviews shows they are trying to accomodate everyone. Which is near impossible.

Extremely unprofessional. My partner got a car through this place and we will never do business here again. I hate to be negative/aggressive but people sincerely should not buy from here. The agent was no help to the point I honestly I was convinced my partner was being scammed. We are STILL waiting on a registration for over 2 weeks. Every time we contact the agent to figure out what is going on he seems clueless and tells us we need to wait more over and OVER. Driving around an unregistered car? Unable to get an inspection? Is this normal or acceptable?Moreover when the car was delivered it looked like it had never been cleaned. I was beyond angry. Dirty floors, dirty seats, trash in the door cubby (literally used napkin it was actually disgusting), random condiments left from previous owner.Their whole slogan is making purchasing a car quick and easy. Laughable.

From start to finish Ihave never had anything go moresmoothly than it did regarding ourrecent purchase. Other than our initialvisit to look at the vehicle, the onlyother time we were there was to pick itup-exactly 7 day turnaround. Everyonewe spoke/dealt with: Mike, Nick, Scott& Phil was extremely professional andalways got back to me quickly. Cashed a check after they told me they would shred it. I did get cash back after going out of my way. Car I wanted, he refused to fix an oil leak in the main line. Later I see he upped the price $1,000. I pity the consumer who buys it! I dodged a bullet here!!

I have to say, after searching for a car for a few months, feeling a little nervous due to the high interest rates out there right now. Also nervous because I didn’t want a lot of unnecessary inquiries on my credit report. Scott was Awesome! He was extremely attentive, patient, always kept me updated and very knowledgeable. He was able to get me a really good interest rate without destroying my credit with inquiries. I love my new car and my experience was nothing but top notch! Definitely will recommend to others.
