I want to say thank you to Olga for providing excellent customer service! I recently went through the touch free side of the car wash… my vehicle is a dark color and it wasn’t clean after the wash. When I arrived home and realized I was upset. I decided to call and left a voicemail with my concerns. She called me back almost immediately and offered me to come back to have my vehicle washed again at no charge with NO hesitation and explained if I was not a frequent washer they recommend the pro touch vs touch free for a deeper clean. I really appreciate it for making sure I was satisfied. When I arrived to have my vehicle washed again she had the attendant waiting to assist. DONT hesitate to get your car washed here or reach out with any concerns. Support your local small business! She did everything to be sure I was leaving a happy customer! So thank you! Happy holidays :)

You guys should have someone out telling people to form a line across the street all day while you’re open waited 25 mins across the street in line and everyone was just cutting me Turning down the street, I got out of line and waited on the side so people would stop cutting me just to have you’re guy come out and tell me don’t block the drive way park across the street after I had waited 25 mins, I explained to him to that I just waited and the two cars in front of me had cut me so how is that fair but he didn’t care of course, I drove 30 mins because I liked using you’re car wash but I will not be back

I chose this car wash because of the positive reviews, but my experience was quite the opposite.I have a new SUV in black so the dirt is visible a lot, I chose The Works touchless package and the complete service took less than four minutes.The truth is that it was a disappointment, the two small bird poops that they had were still there at the end, the dirt was still everywhere as if it had not been washed even a little, and it came out super wet, that Laser Dry thing is just a little bit of air at the end that is useless.17 dollars for a terrible service, I will definitely continue looking for other places.
