I brought my 2 year old golden retreiver here. I dropped him off at 1pm. At 530 I called to check on him and they had not started to trim him yet. They called me back and said he should be done by 630. We waited in parking lot till 650 then went in. He came out was not finished, the groomer said she didn't have enough time? 6 hours?? They never took him out to go to the bathroom. He was whimpering and urinated for several minutes. I am so very disappointed in this place. Not only was it a terrible grooming job, they had him for 6 hours!! Never again!!

They did an awesome job on my Miya. I highly recommend them. I'm calling for my puppy next. Very pleasant and accommodating.

Listen, this place is by far the greatest place to have your dog groomed. I have a German shepherd that sheds his fur everywhere, everywhere, but they did such a good job that over a month later he's hardly shedding, he looks great and still smells good. Give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Jen the Owner and Staff are Awesome ..With My Dog Who sometimes is Not the Easiest .. But Jen Takes her time to No the dogs and Also Does a Fantastic Grooming Job and is very Reasonable ..Highly Recommended!!

I cannot say how wonderful this place treated not only my dog but me as well. I rescued a dog last Saturday, February 29th. He was transported from Alabama and smelled absolutely horrendous. I took a chance and started calling or showing up at places. I walked in to be greeted by the unofficial receptionist, A handsome little pug. She graciously accommodated my last minute appointment and agreed to groom him. The groomer Kathy did an amazing job and treated the little guy really well. The little guy is no longer stinky and I'm glad to post that we had a great experience.
