We met with Kyle Burke at the Weymouth store and while this purchase wasn't a large ticket appliance, but Kyle responded as if we were buying a high-end item. He immediately provided information that was helpful. As well, he really listened to our friend's needs and concerns. He let us know repeatedly that he was there to help, which he most certainly did with his research and assistance. The overall experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking for appliances.”

He taught us a dance called the snake dance and now every time me or my friends go in we always do it. He is great at making connections with the community. “Great service and great rates. Don't go and pay high prices at any cell phone retailer, Mass Mobile Solutions will have the better deal. I have purchased a note 5, note 8, iphone10 max and a mac book pro. They will offer cash for your old phone. They also have a repair service for phones and computers/laptops. I have been shopping there since the note 5 came out. And I am not the most tech savvy and they have answered any questions I have had.”

“Let me preface this by saying I very rarely feel compelled to give reviews. I have dealt with countless buy sell trade places and pawn shops as I do a lot of business with these kind of places and I must say..... my first impression could not be any better. It's tough these days to find good honest people to do business with and this guy was awesome! Bearing in mind that these places need to turn a profit he was Fair with me on the items I brought in but the real shock and what I take to be a tell as to his character came when I made an offer on an item and he actually proposed a better deal than what i was asking for! He said it's fine because I was fair with him now keep in mind he paid me what I would consider to be on par with someone trying to be fair but needing to turn a profit so he really didn't owe me anything. Some people look at offers from places like this without understanding the fact that they are giving you cash right now and they are going to have to sit on the item and of course the whole point of being in business is to turn a profit so I feel he owed me nothing and had been as Fair as I could ask so it really meant a lot to me for him to do that. Great guy and I look forward to doing more business with him in the future.”
