“We have purchased kitchen and laundry appliances from GWT. The purchasing process has been grest with Sue Keith's guidance and advice. Delivery has been good, but when our refrigerator door came damaged the store was not there to support us. The manager Donna had attitude and we had to fight to get a replacement. We expected more when shopping a local family owned business.GWT reached out to us and made things right!We just purchased a new Webber gas grill for summer entertaining. Lots of models to choose from. After looking at the choices we went with a different model than our original choice and so glad that we did. The grill arrived today, fully assembled and they took our old rusty one away. Delivery was great and the delivery people even had great suggestions on where to place our new grill. So happy with another great purchase from team Toma!”

“Ron at the store was so helpful. I was getting a Sim card error on my phone and within 20 minutes he had fixed the problem. He was so knowledgeable about all of the other phones, lines, data, etc. questions that we had while we were in the store. “I was so bummed when I woke up this morning and discovered that my phone wasn't turning on today, so I thought I'd stop by a Verizon store and see if they could help me get it back in action. Temesghen greeted me immediately so kindly, which right away changed my mindset. Within just a few minutes, he was able to perform a soft-reset and my phone was operational again. I am so grateful for his fast and friendly help! I would recommend this store and especially Temesghen for any of these services here. Thank you so much!! :D”

“Wilkens was awesome! I went in cause I was having phone problems and even tho I don't go with the other phone I got my screen protector replaced (for feee) and then I asked him if he had any iPhone 14 cases and he showed me a couple. Something that made me realize it's worth 5 stars was, I mentioned too him that I work with oil and I was worried my phone charging port was in jeopardy and he went out of his way to grab me 3 cases 1 was a regular hard shell case another was the same but clear but the last was an otter box with port protectors and he showed me the benefits of all of them. I eventually went with the 1st case (it was cheaper, I'm ballin on a budget) and he put on the new screen protector for me then the case and he was super helpful!”

“Yoyo/Gus is such a nice man and always helps me and my friends whenever we need it. He is so friendly and it is clear that he loves his job. He taught us a dance called the snake dance and now every time me or my friends go in we always do it. He is great at making connections with the community. I am teaching all of my friends at school the snake dance! Also always reasonable prices and a very clean store as well.”

“I have to tell you that anytime I have a problem with my phone the staff at Metro on Union St in Weymouth are always patient with me and my lack of knowledge with my phone and extremely helpful! They are all great, and always take care of any problem I have!”
“Let me preface this by saying I very rarely feel compelled to give reviews. I have dealt with countless buy sell trade places and pawn shops as I do a lot of business with these kind of places and I must say..... my first impression could not be any better. It's tough these days to find good honest people to do business with and this guy was awesome! Bearing in mind that these places need to turn a profit he was Fair with me on the items I brought in but the real shock and what I take to be a tell as to his character came when I made an offer on an item and he actually proposed a better deal than what i was asking for! He said it's fine because I was fair with him now keep in mind he paid me what I would consider to be on par with someone trying to be fair but needing to turn a profit so he really didn't owe me anything. Some people look at offers from places like this without understanding the fact that they are giving you cash right now and they are going to have to sit on the item and of course the whole point of being in business is to turn a profit so I feel he owed me nothing and had been as Fair as I could ask so it really meant a lot to me for him to do that. Great guy and I look forward to doing more business with him in the future.”

“I went to the cricket wireless store at the Westgate Mall in Brockton to add a new service to a separate phone. When I left , I realized that the phone that I had brought in was locked and not receiving
or making outgoing calls. I went back inside and spoke with Eli, who may have been a manager . He was not only helpful but very knowledgeable about my situation! He took the time to figure out my issue and then helped me to select another phone, which I truly appreciated! Thank you Ely for all of your help and making " my day"!!!?”

I bought a new phone and the sales person, Rachel, is very knowledgeable about all of the phone specifics and it was nice to be informed, while being treated with amazing customer service. I have been with Metro for many years and have never had a problem with my service or the merchandise that I purchased, even as recently as today. I've dealt all of the experienced associates, including Derek, Steve, and Erica...and they have treated me with the upmost respect that I would expect from a brick and mortar store. “I had to make an appointment for service because my IPhone was not working and doing all kinds of crazy things. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and directed to a table. Matt then came over to help me about 5-8 minutes later. Matt asked me some questions and began to figure out my problem. Matt explained everything he wanted to try and how the process was going to happen. It took a while but Matt was able to get my phone working perfectly within about 30 minutes. There was no charge as it was an Apple software problem. Matt is very knowledgeable and personable and is a credit to this Apple location.?”
