Very happy with the results. Just had my work van repaired after being rear ended. The work done by Columbia Auto Body in Whitman was top notch. The new rear doors open and close perfectly and the paint work needed is flawless. The whole process from start to finish was just over a week. Definitely would recommend this shop.

The manager Shawn provided a fair estimate upfront and delivered on everything they promised. The quality of the repair was top-notch! My car looks fantastic, and you can’t even tell there was any damage. They were professional, efficient, and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Last month I brought my 2022 Dodge Durango to Columbia Auto Body for some repairs after an accident, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch.
The staff was incredibly professional and friendly. They walked me through the entire process, explaining what needed to be done and providing an accurate estimate for both time and cost. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, which really put my mind at ease.
When I got my Durango back, I was amazed at the quality of the work. The repair was flawless, and my suv looked as good as new. They even went the extra mile by giving it a thorough cleaning inside and out, which was a pleasant surprise.

Columbia Auto Body located at 681 Temple St, Whitman is the only auto body shop that I will ever trust my cars with. Look no further. They are very professional, experienced and fair. As most of us, we have needed a Autobody company . Look no further. I have brought my car, my husbands and multiple friends and never had a bad experience. The owners, manager and staff have been nothing but accommodating. My car and friends cars look brand new. I can’t say anything but great things about them

I recently utilized Columbia Autobody's services after my Toyota Sienna collided with a deer. I am thrilled with the outstanding service I received from them. Columbia Autobody demonstrated professionalism, excellent communication, and delivered high-quality work on time. Their process was fully integrated with my insurance (Liberty Mutual) so once I opened the claim and dropped off the car, they handed the rest. They even returned my rental car to Enterprise for me!
Their communication throughout the repair process was superb. They kept me informed at every stage, addressing any concerns promptly and transparently.
Upon picking up my Sienna, I was amazed by the quality of their work. The repairs were executed flawlessly, restoring my vehicle to its pre-accident condition. Furthermore, they completed the repairs earlier than the quoted timeframe, exceeding my expectations. They even detailed the inside of the van. I have three kids so it is generous to say that the back was a mess! Nice value add service!

Where to begin ! So I dropped my 2011 LTZ Chevy Silverado 2500hd on February 16 2024 . I was in an accident with another vehicle. COLUMBIA auto body told me that my truck will be ready when I come back from vacation which I left on 18 February and came back on 26 February. When I met with them they told me they would have my truck done by the time I get back from vacation so February goes by March goes by !! so I finally was able to pick up my truck on April 2, during those time that the auto body had my truck not once did they ever call me on my phone updating me on back order parts problems with my insurance company they never reached out to me or My Wife they let my truck sit there and stew Without updating me on anything about my pick up, I was Very disappointed where my insurance company told me to pick this auto body shop I looked online and had 4.7 stars don’t know how that happened but I told them when I picked up my truck customer communication is important especially when you have their vehicle seem like they didn’t care Shawn ignoring my texts never getting back to me again, please do your research before you finalize where your vehicle is going to get bodywork done even though your insurance company tells you to go there they did put my truck back together. There was a problem with my steering on my truck from the accident and insurance company denied it and Columbia Auto body never let me Kno ! ? customer experience is important. That’s how we strong company is formed.. Especially when you can Leave reviews online about your experience?!!!

Columbia Auto Body in Whitman was fantastic! It can be very a stressful experience to deal with insurance claims but Shawn from Columbia was so informative, polite and assuring. The communication was great and I got my car back as promised. Highly recommended!

I showed up to the shop to get an estimate on some damage to my car. Without permission, a manager wedged their hand underneath the splash guard which I had secured back to the front end so it wouldnt drag, and ripped it right down. They did not apologize, claimed zero accountability, insulted my intelligence, and said, Youre just here to get a bunch of s*** for free and repeated it a couple of more times raising their voice at me like I was at fault. I was there to get an estimate and I didnt expect it to be free!! I called the police because I was in disbelief of his brazen lack of accountability. The police only see me at an auto body shop with damage to my car, and a manager claiming that they never touched it. This was in front of the managers entire office staff. I feel sorry for them for having such a terrible boss.I was about to give them some business. Instead I left the shop having my intelligence insulted, having been judged as a person, and with more damage to my car than when I arrived, and dragging my splash guard. Im a very active above the knee amputee. I AM NOT, but how would this person know whether or not I was a war hero? Is that how Columbia Auto Body treats our military veterans? Yikes. No customer should ever have to deal with this in ANY business. I went to ******* because I prefer to do business locally, but after this interaction, Ill seek my business elsewhere. If anyone asks me wheres a good place to get body work done? Ill only be able to suggest where they should NOT go, thats for sure. The one star rating is only because I had to, otherwise it would be zero stars.

Found my car was hit one night after dinner but luckily the person was nice enough to leave his information. Brought my car by Columbia for an appraisal and worked with the persons insurance for their appraisal. All aligned so the car went to Columbia. Upon further investigation more work was found to be needed, which is common when really digging into the project, and Shawn worked with the insurance to approve the costs and quickly repair the vehicle ahead of schedule.
